The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Slept well which is saying a lot! Everything was great. My only complaint is that I did not know that the bedrooms were downstairs. That was a wee bit of a dismay being that we are 78.. one with knee replacement and one a stroke victim. I went back and didn’t see anywhere about the downstairs. Just not good for old people. Otherwise it was good.

Was honestly so pleasantly surprised at the location of this rental! As golfers, it was sooooo convenient to be right across from the clubhouse! Couple of things about the actual resort: the pool and hot tub was beyond overcrowded due to the outside pool not being open yet so if that is a selling point for spring break don’t bother. Also, after a few rounds of golf, one of the employees in the clubhouse got direct about the special rate for staying on property which was off putting. Back to this property… everything was easy breezy, only iffies would be that the chairs need to be cleaned as they had some stains and under neath them needs to be watched because I moved them and found potato chips. There’s a couple of stains also… one on bedroom carpet and outside top porch that as a self proclaimed neat freak kind of made me go yuck but the price was nice for this property. The tub could use an updating and also maybe a mattress topper in the main bedroom but the other bedroom’s bed was fine. So convenient to have a washer/dryer and we loved having the bi-level. Bring you own toilet paper if you are used to good stuff. I would definitely book this place again and hope to!

The overall stay was EXCELLENT!! My family and I enjoyed the accommodations and loved the fact that the location was not to far from where we wanted to go. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the overall comfort. We will hopefully be returning sometime in the future.

Welcoming yes, however, only one small container of shampoo, body wash and cream rinse in one bath room and one small container of shampoo and cream rinse - no body wash. When I contacted management, was advised to go buy more - unacceptable. Facilities were very nice and comfortable.

We had a great time. Condo was in a good location. Amenities were excellent but the parking situation was not ideal.Because we stayed in a condo unfortunately two of the nights of our stay we could smell that someone had been smoking marijuana. Not something that we wanted to smell when we got home in the evenings. Despite that we would stay there again.

Beautiful place, condo was exactly like described. We were gone a lot but did enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. Never tried the restaurant but it had good reviews. Liked the car pass they provided so you did not have to wait in line to get in. The only thing I would suggest is a good power washing of both patios, especially downstairs.

We enjoyed eating on the screened porch, getting an outdoor feel without worrying about bugs or critters. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen tools for dining at home. It was a bonus having several board game available and streaming service on the TVs in living room and 2 downstairs bedrooms. In-unit washing machine and dryer was very helpful. Easy walk to the nearby clubhouse and amenities (e.g. indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, etc.).Property manager was proactive with clear instructions in advance for check-in and quickly replied to our questions during our stay. Very welcoming environment when we arrived with lights on and relaxing music streaming from TVs.

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the attractions. The condo itself was emaculate and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Internet was fast .

The location was great and check in was seamless. However, the place needed some cleaning and maintenance work. The second bedroom shower curtain had throw up stains on it and the fire detector was taken down, the carpet on the stairs was coming apart and a section the floor and baseboards in the kitchen were coming up also. It was unsafe for our toddler. Also, if you happen to walk around without socks on the bottom of your feet would be so dirty. We loved the pool, playgrounds and access to the lake.

This condo is in a gated community and is literally across the street from the pool and clubhouse. This will be our go to place to stay now in Branson.
