• This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 16-18 stair steps required to reach the entrance..

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
