Such a nice house, great location away from the main strip, but still close enough to everything in Branson. Plenty of space in the house for everyone - we had two families, with little kids and teens, and everyone had their own room!The one and only single complaint is that the floors were dirty. Not visibly/to the naked eye, but all of our white socks were disgustingly dark brown after walking through the house. The floors could just use a good deep cleaning. But that didn’t really have an affect on how much we loved the house.

We do our annule couples trip every year to Branson. This is the second time we stayed at this beautiful property. The owners are wonderful and very responsive.

We had 7 adults and 7 kids 6-12. The property was set up perfectly with plenty of beds and room for the kids to play. Location is a few minutes from both the lake, Silver Dollar City and the Branson strip for shopping, shows and restaurants. Hosts are the best, very responsive and considerate, highly recommended!!

We had a great stay at the Legacy Retreat!! The home was spacious and clean! It had everything we needed and more! It was close to both of the pools and the neighborhood was very nice! Would love to stay again!!

We had a group of 5 families and had the most wonderful time. June was extremely great with communication, and we are so thankful for that. Our group had a mix of very young kiddos to adults and we had plenty of together time, as well as space to ourselves. PERFECT Vacation! The drive to town is just minutes away, so getting take out is wonderful, because it is still warm when you arrive home! The pool, park, and hot tub were all a hit. So thankful for our time here. Our entire group said we would be back.

We fully enjoyed our stay at legacy retreat with great grandparents, grandparents, kids & grandkids. This house fit all of our needs. The owner was great to communicate with and was prompt to fix any needs that arose .

This house is amazing! My family has the best time and the house came with everything we needed. The hot water tank had an issue Thanksgiving day and they were so fast to respond even tho it was a holiday! I 100% recommend this family and home if you are looking to stay in Branson!

Perfect size home for four families that drove from all parts of the country. Plenty of room! We especially enjoyed the game room and balconies. We definitely spent most of our time in the pools on the property.

We rented this property months ago for a family vacation. Everything was great except for the online description of how many beds were in which rooms was in accurate. When we arrived we were short four entire beds. When we contacted the owner she apologized and that was the end of it. No offer for a refund. Have any portion. We had to buy some air mattresses to accommodate everyone. I believe it on or have since updated the website to accurately match what was in the house.

We had 16 family members and all had great accommodations! We cooked each meal and there was ample utensils, plates, cups etc - lots of activities post dinner - hot tub, pool, video arcade, fire pit, great porch for late night chats- prop was certainly as advertised- we are fairly picky and this was really delightful

This house was absolutely amazing! We had my husband’s entire family of 20(8 adults and 12 kids) stay for a week. The adults all made comments about how relaxing and restful this vacation was. The house provided plenty of space for all of us to spread out but also rooms big enough for all of us to be together for meals and playing games. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and the best way I can describe it was “a home away from home.” Thanks Dave and June for providing a wonderful place for our family to gather!

This was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay. A couple of things that we would just like to share. The weather was cool so we had to utilize the indoor pool. The first night we were there we took our entire family over to swim there. One of the garage doors was wide open and the pool water temperature was absolutlely freezing, not suitable for kids to swim in. The next couple of days the garage door was shut but the water temperature was still cold. You would think with an indoor pool they would keep this temperature at least moderate. Another thing was that the description of the VRBO site was not accurate for this house. There were two trundle beds missing in two of the rooms that were showing on the floor plan. Also the trundle beds that were there did not have any sheets on them. We made do, but feel like these descriptions should be accurate. Quite of few of the kitchen utensils were broken and not usable. We were also talking to a family that was staying in a house two doors down that was the exact same floor plan that we had and they said they were only paying $350/night. Couldn't quite figure that one out. Our family did have an enjoyable time though as we visited a lot of other attractions in Branson.

WOW! What service. I never waited for more than a few hours to get detailed answers before.m we checked in on general questions. Then, upon arrival never waited for more than three minutes. One of our smaller kids hit one too many buttons on the hot tub and locked the control panel. I sent a quick email and had instructions to fix it in two minutes. Super clean place! Everything you could ever want in the kitchen. Loads of space. Three washer and dryers for all the dirty kids clothes. Awesome pool table two fridges! Hot tub and fire pit were awesome after we put the kids to bed. Perfect location. I can’t recommend this VRBO enough!!!

Everyone in our group loved this home. The owners made the whole experience as easy and convenient as can be. The game room and arcade style games were a hit with every age group. The home was very clean and nicely equiped. I plan on staying here again on our next trip to Branson in the fall.
