Our stay was good overall. The upstairs bedrooms were on the hot side but lowering the AC thermostat temp helped along with the standalone AC unit that was upstairs.

Great Place

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath was in a great location and the layout was great with plenty of room for each family member and 2 grandchildren. Playground right behind the condo and the indoor pool was close by.

The property had a few issues that I would attribute to prior guests not respecting the property and poor workmanship by the builder.

Quick family weekend in Branson

This place is surprisingly large for being a condo! Perfect location to go out for shows and dinner. The playground was right behind our building so the kids could easily run around nearby.

Fall Break 24

We had stayed here 4 years ago. Thought it was quite nice. I booked through Thousand Hills which must have bought them out? We stayed in a different building than before. It really needed up keep. Parts of shades missing everywhere. Walls dirty and needed painting. Hand rail was horribly nasty.Kitchen access It didn’t have

Summer vacation

The condo was very hot when we got there.. the upstairs bedrooms were unbearable hot.. The a/c that they had upstairs were on but one was not vented so all the hot air was coming back into the rooms. Called maintenance and they came on turned off the a/c in one of the bedrooms. So we couldn’t use that bedroom at all. So I am not very happy about this place. We will never stay there again.

We had a great stay at property. However, The kitchen could use addition items for guest to use. The stove doesnt heat properally and there are not hot pads to use. The queen bedroom upstairs stays very hot!.

Big enough for a family of 6

The size was adequate for our family of 6. There is a broken chair in the living room. The bedroom at the top of the stairs to the right was miserably hot. The only other concern we had was with the plumbing as we had to call maintenance two times to unplug toilets.

Lots of issues

There was so many things that went wrong... that I got tired of having to call front desk. Key pad didn't work in trying to get into room, toilet upstairs was leaking (this was fixed same day), some of the dishes were dirty. Toilet paper ran out and they wouldn't bring more- 4 bedrooms with 10 people booked. Internet didn't work and they brought hot spot but only living room tv worked bc they added a Roku. No tv in the other rooms and hot spot was so spotty, couldn't watch tv without waiting for loading. Called multiple times the first 4 days and just gave up... they kept saying they out in a ticket and would send somebody. Keycard to get into gym and pool wasn't working. Check in is at a spot about 8 minutes from condo, (they were friendly) they give you a parking pass, but then had to wait over half hour to go through gate for them to sign you in and give you another parking pass!

Pointe Royale stay

Check in was easy. The location (close to town)and amenities (pool, tennis courts, golf) were good. The condo could’ve been better. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, except the pull out upstairs was broken. The portable upstairs air conditioner hose was coming off. Downstairs floor had a soft spot in the middle that needs to be fixed. Also, the range large burners didn’t work, which was a real inconvenience when your cooking for a large family. Cookware and storage were lacking. None of this was told to us at check in. Lack of grills for cooking outside. I would probably stay at Pointe Royale again, just not this unit.

Beautiful Property

We stayed in building 66 which overlooks the lake and is just east of the damn. There was a playground and easy access to fishing right out our back door. The golf course is beautiful and pretty challenging to play. Our condo was exactly as described and made us feel like we were at “home”. Would definitely stay here again

Family weekend

Condo location and property located in a nice and well kept neighborhood. Condo itself needs new paint, carpets cleaned and/or removed. Kitchen throw rugs were dirty and we had a crawler with us. Bedding needs to all be cleaned and/or replaced as they were stained. Kitchen stove didn't fully work and has been reported twice per reviews. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned as well. Bathroom tub rails need to be cleaned and trash can cleaned and disinfected. Bedroom four has no windows and lacks proper heating and air. We had to run two fans the entire time, due to having to use the room and it being really hot and stuffy. Every issue listed is an easy fix and makes me wonder why I'm paying cleaning and service fees. Overall, a great place to stay, if the minor issues were dealt with.

Branson Trip

The unit was very clean went we got there because all you could smell was disinfectant (that was a good thing). The unit was down the hill a short walk from the pool, the playground and grills were right behind the unit. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the place was big enough for all of us. All in all we had a great week at the resort. The only thing that we had a issue with was the stove top was not working and we were not informed at check-in, however there were two hot plates that worked out really well. I did mention this at check-out and was informed the owner is supposed to be replacing the stove this week.

Christmas Vacation

I was disappointed with this facility for a number of reasons. I was notified the day of our arrival that the dryer did not work, we found blood stains on the mattress of one of the pullout sofa’s, kitchen stove did not work properly, mildewed towels left in the washer, cobwebs on the chandelier, and hair in the tub. Not to mention they really need to check the soft spots in the floor of the living room instead of just putting furniture over it, would not be pleasant for someone to end up in the condo below!
