We could tell David takes pride in his property and his customer service . This place provided the most amenities of any vrbo /arbnb we’ve ever stayed at . Michelle , our host, was exceptional as well. We highly recommend this property or any others under Dave’s jurisdiction .

Celebrating husband's 70th

We stayed firvacwhole week. We were so impressed with the condo on how well it was kept up & the friendliness of the owner Davied & Michelle. My husband & I arrived a day early when wle called & asked if we could have an extra night they were quick to respond. We would most definitely stay again & give the highest recommendation.

No step condo

We came to Branson to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary and were thrilled to find this one without steps. We were fortunate enough to go to six shows while we were there. The condo provided plenty of room for the two of us. We had a view of the golf course. It had a nice patio which would be great in the summer months.

Thanksgiving 2024 at Just Beachy

We had a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts! This property was 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. We had 6 people (2 80+ yo grandparents, a 3 yo, an 8yo, then me and my husband (both in 30s). My grandparents had the larger room with the attached bathroom and patio so they coluld have privacy and the rest of us took the smaller room. Our youngest slept on a cot we brought from home, and our oldest slept on a pallet we made on the floor! The location was clean, in a good neighborhood, and had a store within walking distance. We were roughly 20min from anything we wanted to do in Branson! My family and I highly recommended this host, and any of his locations.

Great Condo

This condo was really great. Clean and well maintained. My family (5) of us rented this condo for a weekend trip to see Silver Dollar City during their Christmas time. We literally were less than 15 minutes from wherever you might want to go and most were under 10 minutes. This condo also had many extras that most don’t. We had extra toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods in a large variety of flavors making our trip much easier. This is also the first condo of many rented that had an ice maker. I will be renting this one again when we head to Branson next spring.

We very much enjoyed our stay here but just keep in mind, if you're looking for a VERY firm bed and couch to sit on while watching TV this is it!. On the 2nd night we found a foam pad in the closet that helped though. Everything else was exceptionally good !
