"From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable.
We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious.
The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍.
The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay.

"Total shambles with checkin. I arrived for the allotted checkin wi Dow of 3/4pm to find no one there. I had not received any online communication wrt combination for key box and subsequently had to try to talk to TravelNest who were apparently the booking agent even though I booked through Hotels.Com. I had tried to touch base with the host previously but never got any reply. Travelnest finally got an answer and a cheery host called me without any apology the inconvenience. I couldn’t stay in...
