David and Marion's Apartment Near the North Sea, Weser Beach, and the Weser Bike Path

This vacation rental is quietly located on a historic farmstead that has been designated as part of the agricultural cultural heritage. The apartment measures 88 square meters.
The Weser River beach is a 10-minute drive away, and the North Sea is 25 minutes away. No visitor’s tax is required. Shopping options are available within a 3-kilometer radius. A zoo and an animal and amusement park are nearby.
Bremen and Oldenburg are about a 40-minute drive away. The Weser Bike Path is a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop at our driveway for Line 440, which runs from Bremerhaven to Oldenburg. It stops at the Brake and Oldenburg train stations. However, we recommend having a car to explore the area around the North Sea.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed (180×200), a bunk bed (top: 90x200, bottom: 140x200), and two sofa beds. A washing machine, bed linens, and towels are provided free of charge. Outside, there are children’s toys and a swing.
