Downside was having to telephone them to get check in details as the reception closes at 5pm (rather than them proactively providing the information)..."

"The staff were very helpful and acomidating to my family. We tried to buy some water from the resteraunt before leaving and instead they gave us a free little if water and sweet breads for my children. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again the next time we travel through Romania"
