"It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"The property was a 5 minute walk to the Cabot Circus shopping centre with food outlets and lots of shopping outlets.
The property was quiet and offered all we needed. There was tea, coffee and milk provided.
Clean bedding, towels, soap and body wash in the bathrooms.
The patio window was not clean and the floor in the kitchen a little bitty but that did not detract from our holiday.
The beds were a little hard but we all slept ok and the duvets were warm.
Would definitely stay here again."
