The home has some maintenance issues but the home owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, provide extra amenities and to address minor issues. The home was otherwise comfortable and recently renovated. Bradley is a great town to vacation.

BE AWARE...False advertising and a rude Property Manager

The owner of the property is in complete denial about his gross negligence of his property. Immediately upon arrival, the house was unkept on the outside, smelly trash, and overgrown bushes. When we entered the front door of the house there was a strong musty odor as if wet clothing was left around the house for days. We started to check around the house for the source of the smell and discovered in the basement a humidifier with a flashing red light, droplets of water covering all air ducts and the air filter was filthy, completely blocked with dust. It must have been months if not years since it was last cleaned. Additionally, some walls in the basement appeared to be covered in mold. This was mold, we determined by comparing the images to the online CDC website and what we saw on the walls. There were also signs of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. In this only bathroom, there was also a toilet that was flushing intermittently and practically broken. When we pulled out the spare mattress from underneath the bed, we noticed heavy staining on the mattress and dog hair all over it. The backyard was completely unkept and reeked with the smell of trash. Consequently, we contacted the owner several times and he refused to acknowledge any of the issues and instead hurled insults instead of taking accountability.

Our trip to Bradley Beach

Cute house, good location with a convenience store, liquor store, pizza and the beach all within walking distance. The front porch was great for relaxing with a cocktail. The rear deck was perfect, overlooking the enclosed backyard for the pets. The galley kitchen had plenty of counter space for preparation of meals and all those Beach snacks.

Very accommodating

I am always upfront when traveling with my dogs and our host was overly accommodating. The house was a few blocks from the beach and near adorable shops and the outlets. Granted, we stayed during off season, but it was a perfect location and a very cute home.

House fine for our needs

Plenty of towels and blankets and owner responsive when called to ask question. The house was fine for our needs, however, there are many small fixes that need to take place. House is a bit tired.... Although the convenience of Main Street will be a plus for many be aware the train horn is extremely loud and occurs mostly at night.

Charming cottage feel close to the beach and restaurants! Bathroom needs updating.

The rental property was charming and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. The property was comfortable and cozy. We especially enjoyed the birds and little bunnies in our yard. As an amateur photographer that was a big plus! The bathroom could use updating.

Great Location!

My fiancé and I have spent time in Bradley Beach together but recently moved to Colorado. We came back for Memorial Day weekend and had the perfect time! Close to main street with tons of great food and drinks with a convince store right on the corner! Short walk to the beach and everything you would need accessible by bike! We had some friends come in and out and with the open lower level it was easy to spend time and hang out on the good sized porch. Everything was clean and had plenty of extra linens and towels for us and guest! Check in was very easy and we could even get in early! Check out was very simple and well communicated as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Great October getaway

My husband & I & our dog stayed here in early October. Property was pretty much as described...we knew that a few things needed to be addressed & those things in no way affected our stay. The living room couch seemed to be brand new & the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. We loved walking around the neighborhood & up on the boardwalk. We enjoyed going to the Bradley Brew Project & we found a cidery in Long Branch...Beach Bee Meadery & both were dog friendly. We had a wonderful time & would definately stay here again!

Park Place Review

House met our basic needs. Owner has performed some quick upgrades to the kitchen and bath which are nice but not the greatest workmanship. Owner told us there are several little things on his to do list and he is right. Appears several details are not being taken care of, e.g. mold around the tub, dirty stairs carpet, sharp metal protruding from porch step, no hand towels or washclothes, loose handrail, dryer vents directly into the basement, left over open food in refrig and cabinets and many other small items that need to be addressed..

Very nice cottage, great location

This is a cute cottage with two comfortable bedrooms and a well-provisioned kitchen. It is light and airy and clean! The location is superb and the owner is incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Lackluster stay- left day early

Location great, but house was not what I expected. Grill was broken, front door was broken and an unexpected visit from the exterminator was the last straw. I cut my vacation a day short. Would not rent again.

Wonderful Vacation at This Sweet House

My vacation was wonderful. The house is adorable. Neat, clean and an easy walk to the beach. The property owner is attentive and responds immediately, if needed. I never wanted to leave. It is a perfect choice.

Clean and beautifully renovated

We walked into a brightly decorated and clean home! Lovely home - perfect for our family of 4 super close to uva restaurant and tiki bar with live music and wonderful food. 10 min from Asbury and great restaurant like sunset landing for breakfast and a view of the lake. We barely spent any time at home! ❤️❤️
