Great place to stay for a work trip.

The property managers are excellent, easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a very comfortable bed and sofa! Came for a conference, and it was perfect for that. Shops nearby and loads of places for food, also walking distance from station and centre of town. Only complaints were minor... the system to sort out the lighting and fake "fireplace" took some working out, and finding a tiny remote and hidden switches. The room was pretty noisy from outside and the other guests, but this may have been better if not on the ground floor. (I was in apartment 6.) Parking right outside was an absolute bonus. Would definitely stay again if I was headed to Bradford!

Had a lovely stay, was nice to be in a modern apartment. The place was clean and had everything you needed. Small car park in front of the building was very convenient.

I would usually rate 5 stars, but unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet expectations. To start, we were initially given the wrong room, though this was corrected shortly after. The room lacked soundproofing — we could hear everything from the hallway — and the bed was extremely creaky. We also encountered issues with the water being cold, which took about an hour to resolve. On top of that, the sink became clogged, apparently due to something left by previous guests. The lack of curtains didn’t help either — only blinds were provided, making it difficult to sleep when it was bright outside. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience, especially considering the price we paid.

January 2025 one night stay

Very comfortable stay. Excellent communication before arrival. Room was clean and tidy, and the accommodation was very quiet. Would definitely stay again if working in area.

Stay was a little disappointing.

As requested we advised our arrival time & reconfirmed 30 minutes prior but unfortunately still had to wait for a staff member to arrive to let us in. Wifi code not given, & couldn't find it in room so had to text for it. Room was in basement & we found it a little cold, & couldn't get the radiator to work. In morning, no hot water as bolier was not working, so that might explain the radiator not working too? We were eventually offered the use of another room to shower, but declined as we needed to leave. However, the decor of room was nice & lovely presentation, bed very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The shower had good pressure, pity we couldn't use it. Onsite free parking is good.

We had a basement room (room 1) for 3 nights. First impressions were good - the room was exceptionally clean, well equipped and it had interesting lighting system. It could have been an excellent place to stay, but there were a number of minor issues, which makes it unlikely I'd stay there again. The TV in the room isn't attached to the aerial, so you have to use the streaming apps on the TV. This wouldn't be an issue, but the Wifi is appalling, buffering frequently to the point you can't actually watch TV. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, which in a basement bathroom isn't great. The kitchen smelled strongly of damp (and had no extractor fan at all), to the point where we had a slug appear on the worktop on one occasion. There's also little things like the room having cheap light switches that aren't entirely straight. Bearing in mind that this place is charging close to hotel prices, these little things need to be addressed to justify the premium price.

Last minute night away

Had a lovely stay, everything was perfect. Great communication from the owner. We found the property easily and parked in the car park. Easy check in. Room was very clean and tidy. Everything you could need in the room. We had no problems and didn't need to ask for anything else. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials. We had a night in and cooked dinner. Nice table and chairs to eat at. Tv had Netflix and amazon prime. Free wifi. Loved all the LED lights and candles, made it very cosy. Bed was comfy, good quality quilt and pillows. Slept right through it was nice and quiet never heard a sound from anyone or anything else. The shower was brill, choice between waterfall shower or a higher pressure one. Glad we stayed and we will definitely be returning in the future for a night out as it is close by to the town too. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

It was over priced for what it was … location was poor and back of the hotel was just swarming with rats … communication was brilliant … shame the hotel was not as good as it looked on the picture very deceiving.. disappointing…
