Positives: accurate instructions to get into the property, quick and friendly communication with the hosts, property was warm, plenty of door keys, most of the property was similar to the pictures Negatives: a sign on the main door to the building warning of drug addicts invading if the door wasn’t shut (it wouldn’t close), in the property- door handle hanging off, floor lamp tripod missing one leg therefore unusable, dead cockroaches in the boiler cupboard, rusting shelves in the freezer, dirty cutlery, saucepan had a broken handle, poorly fitted heated towel rail in the bathroom, hall light hung too low for the door so it was hit each time front door opened, electrical socket hanging off in main bedroom (behind bed), single duvet for the double bed.
