The “Villa Bella” was everything expected and more. You can tell it is very taken care of by the owners. It’s located in a great location that is close driving distance to all amenities desired in the area. The owner “Richard” was great. Very polite and responded right away and made sure he was available for any needs or advise for things to do. Thanks Richard!!!

We enjoyed a long weekend at Villa Bella while in town for soccer games. The property is exactly as pictured and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We didn't make it to the pool, but enjoyed breakfast overlooking the pond. Communication with the host was outstanding, and his recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. We were 20-30 minutes from soccer activities and multiple beaches, so appreciated being somewhat centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do in the area. My teen son said that this was a "calm little rental" and I'm pretty sure that's a Gen Z compliment.

Great Condo Near the Beautiful Beaches

A few nights before our trip, Richard (the host) contacted us about our stay at the condo. His information was very helpful throughout our stay. He checked in on us at arrival, once for restaurant tips and at the end of our stay. The condo was exactly what the pictures showed.We had all we needed for our comfort.We are a family of 4 traveling with two teens.The complex provided two pools, a club house and tennis courts. Locations was excellent, as we could walk to Publix, Aldis, CVS and Dollar General. There are also May places to eat nearby, but we did most of our cooking at the condo.Our drive to the beach was about 12-15 minutes depending on traffic. Parking at Anna Maria Island was free (with the exception to Holmes beach).Overall, our stay at Vista Bella was excellent!Thank you to Richard for being a great host.

Villa Bella short break

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Bella for 3 nights whilst visiting family in the area. The villa is in a quiet location with two swimming pools and other amenities close by. Richard the host was extremely helpful, quickly responding to any queries and providing suggestions of things to do in the area. We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to the area.

G.O.A.T. Greatest of all Time

Very clean property. And Richard was excellent he is a true G.O.A.T. Greatest Of All Time. Anything we needed he would answer right away, he even checked on us to make sure things were good. Also recommend a few restaurants in the area. I recommend this property to anyone, I’m certainly going back.

Family wedding trip

Excellent location to our family and close access to Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island and the River walk and many other activities. Enjoyed morning coffee in the lanai and watching the birds and ducks on the pond behind the condo. All the conveniences of home away from home.

Our stay was excellent!! Richard the host was so accommodating and responded very quickly! The place had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Clean…bring your own cleaning supplies…toilet bowl cleaner would have been nice. King size bed would’ve been nice…lots of unneeded and large tables…but overall very superbly decorated…pool was great…and close to stores, restaurants, and grocery…nice view out the window to ponds wildlife…We would consider renting again.

Great unit; convenient location; excellent property manager

We loved our unit in Shorewalk. Best thing: if you need an easily accessible shower, the one in the 2nd bathroom is perfect. Easy in, with grab bars. Well equipped kitchen. The whole apartment has excellent storage - dressers, closets, pantry in kitchen. The 2 pools are a short walk and are heated. Lots of other amenities. Driving to several of the excellent beaches is easy and fairly quick, and it's close to shopping and restaurants. Walkable to Publix and Aldi. Richard is very responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

Great Rental Place and convenient location

This is our second time renting Villa Bella and it has quickly become our favorite place to rent when visiting our sons. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Anna Maria Island is a little bit of a drive - say 10 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic.

Perfect Bradenton Rental

We really enjoyed the unit, especially the glassed-in lanai. Our stay occurred during a hurricane, so we spent more time inside the rental than we normally would. We were impressed with the grounds keeping crew who immediately got to work cleaning up limbs, debris in a timely manner. We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.
