The house was beautifully decorated and all the details to pool/beach things, kitchen items, toiletries, washer/dryer, etc were greatly appreciated. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of our vacation. The game room in the garage was great and allowed additional family fun. The reason I did not give an "Excellent" rating is there were a couple issues. The pool was only set to 78 degrees and took a few messages to host before the pool person came out and readjusted the temperature to 85 degrees (as we were expecting per VRBO description). Unfortunately, we lost about 2 1/2 days of pool time due to the pool temperature. The water heater also stopped working. We contacted the host and worked with VRBO Resolution and Relocation teams to try to find a solution. (Both Relocation and Resolution teams were awesome and worked with us). We were very grateful when the host was willing and able to get someone to replace the water heater allowing us to stay at the house. We definitely would stay at this home again if we plan to vacation in this area in the future. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and responsive to the issues. I felt they were truly invested in our satisfaction in their home and having a great vacation. Thank you.
