The home was very clean and updated. It had great features Our kids loved fishing on the canal- poles were in the garage but no lures. Overall, the one heads up would be really bread what small amenities are available for you. We have four children so cooking at home is essential. Be prepared to have to buy everything, down to salt and pepper and trash bags. There was a grill but no grilling utensils. The outside fire table wasn’t functional. I am certain some of these minor complaints would have been addressed by the Propery management company in a timely fashion- but the realization of some of these things were “in the moment,” like grill warmed up running around looking for a metal spatula.

House was very comfortable and very clean. Pool was great on the hot days. Close to all the beaches and restaurants We had a great time. This was our first time visiting this area and will definitely be back. Hated to leave when our stay was over.

Great location and activities!

We had a wide age range between 7 and 73. The pool, pool table, table tennis, etc was great. Very clean and enjoyable. The 85” TVs and contented provided great viewing. Overall excellent.

This is a wonderfully updated home

This home is perfect. Great kitchen. The entertainment options are simply amazing. We played ping pong until we laughed so hard we cried. We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table, too. There is a small putting green and a pool table; which were excellent for different people. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! There is a really cool bar and restaurant several blocks south of the property, in perfect walking distance. If you are looking for a home perfectly located to Anna Maria Island, Bradenton proper, and Sarasota - this is it!

You will not be able find any place nice as this home !

The home is better than the photos. We did have to evaluate for one day as the hurricane went past. The home is elevated and didn't have any water reach the home or the pool area. Other homes on this street did not fare as well and had water in their homes. The rental company did come out and cleaned up the drive and pool area the next day so we only missed one day. We were concerned about the storm but it turned out that we were in the right home.

Moms birthday

The please was wonderful. Everything we needed was there. The only issue was with the tvs, could not use the tvs in bedrooms. The main tv would freeze up. We were hoping to catch a few football games. I sent a text and they sent someone out right away. But nothing csme from it. But other than thst it was perfect. My mom had a wonderful ti.e.

Awesome Vacation

Wonderful home full of activities to enjoy! Great place to just kick back and relax as well. Very clean, open and fully equipped for anything you may need. Very peaceful sitting by the waters edge and the place made you feel very welcomed.

Family Getaway in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandy Feet Retreat. Beautiful home, with tons to do. The mini putt and shuffleboard table were our families favourites, especially after a long day in the sun! The pool, ping pong and pool table were well used as well. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. We will be staying here again!

All you need !!!

Home is very well equipped; open layout makes the house feels bigger. Close to the beach; nice pool area but I will add some type of shade to make it a bit more enjoyable. Nice overall home and we will definitely book it again .

Definitely Recommend! 5 Stars!

We stayed for a total of 5 days, and the stay was perfect! It was in a great neighborhood, and near many great sights and restaurants. The house itself came with all of the things you would need to cook, including measuring materials, toasters, pots, pans, and even a crockpot. The pool was always perfectly heated due to the Florida sun. The house had towels for both the pool and for the shower. With a total of 5 TVs and endless fun opportunities, I highly recommend this house for a family with kids of any age. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful location

We took our 2 granddaughters on vacation both older teens. They loved the pool and having their bedrooms at the other end of the house was a plus for all! And we all felt like it was a safe neighbor hood. Perfectly located, for island fun. And the Clam factory restaurant on the corner is excellent food, good service and you can walk there. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful home

I highly recommend this house, it’s beautiful. Very clean, pool, fire pit, games/ pool table and ping pong table, golf pad. Quiet neighborhood. House is very open and has views of the pool from the living room and main bedroom. Everything was great only thing i could recommend is bring extra household products, coffee if you are a coffee drinker, they do have a coffee pot, and bathroom linens(not many provided). They do have pool towels. I travel a lot and some places provide more than others. I wouldn’t take off any rating for this just FYI!! They do have beach chairs which was a bonus. Overall I would definitely rent this house again.

Sandy feet retreat is amazing

This house is exactly like the pictures and AMI local is more accommodating than any fancy hotel. Outside is like a postcard. Inside is completely renovated and beautiful. Any time I had any issues they fixed it right away. The coffee maker was broken. I volunteered to just buy a coffee maker, because I need coffee right away in the morning. They insisted that they would send someone right away. They did, and they gave us a brand new, out of the box coffee maker. Tv internet connection wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms. As soon as I hung up the phone, someone came over to fix it. The only negative was that the house and backyard pool were so amazing we barely even left the house! The pool has a beautiful view overlooking the bay, and even though they the pool is not heated, the water was very warm! I think because it’s directly in the sun. They had sand on a small area outside for my daughter to play in, small golf area, and the play room was awesome with billiards, darts and ping pong! My daughter learned to play billiards here! I will definitely be back. If you stay here, take a very short walk to Cortez Clam Factory for the best ribs I ever had in my life and strong drinks, and Mermaid Pies and Sandwiches for amazing lobster rolls. Both are two blocks away, and very reasonably priced. I would give 10 stars if I could. This place is exceptional and AMI local is so responsive and accommodating! We even extended our stay.

This House Has Everything

Our family loved our stay, the house was very spacious. It was neat and clean, and has been fully renovated. There were many entertainment options which we really enjoyed. Having a private pool and deck area was wonderful! It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood with only a short drive to the beach. The management company responded to my communications very quickly. Overall, a great experience!

Spring Break 2024

The house was everything it said it would be! My family and I had a great time ! They loved having games there to play at night. Very great experience! Only down fall is getting out of the neighborhood during the rush to get to the beach. * Nothing can be changed about that.

Perfect property I'm every way for our family. Large home with plenty of entertainment in the house for the whole family to enjoy plus a private heater pool! Only a few minute drive over the bridge on to Anna Maria island and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Ideal for a family of 4 or larger groups. Can not wait to come back! Highly recommend this property or any of the AMI locals property's. Five star experience all the way around. Thank you!

Amazing

Amazing house!good location….the property manager was very easy and quick to communicate with..would book again! only thing missing is a hot tub! Loved the games and the garage was very clean and good chill area!
