Check in hiccups with condo elevator lasted two days.Kitchen is nice but lacks some common items we would have expected to have.Wi-fi easy to access.Lakewood Ranch area is very nice.

30 days is best!

We enjoyed our peaceful vacation in this beautiful and clean condo. Eric was helpful and attentive to any needs. I only wish I booked for 30 days in order to enjoy all amenities of the neighborhood HOA, which are full use of the main pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and golf course... Next time!!!

Great Month at Lakewood Ranch

Had a great time. Eric’s condo and Lakewood National had everything we needed and was located close enough for family visits, toursty things and beach visits. Only slight issue was check-in which was slightly inconvenient, not really an issue. We arrived after 5pm on a Friday and needed to wait until Monday to get an automatic pass. Inconvenient only in the fact we needed to stop buy the guard shack each time we arrived but every member of the staff was welcoming about it.

March ‘25 Stay

Had a great time at this property. Everything was exactly as described, communication was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The condo is very clean, bright, spacious, and in a wonderful community. I hope to be back soon!

Condo was just like shown in photos. Excellent location and the patio overlooking the golf course/lake was the perfect place to relax. Eric was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice condo; nice view

We stayed for 30 days so to qualify for golfing.It suited our stay very well. Unit is a 15 minute walk from the clubhouse so needed to drive with the clubs when we were golfing, but thats ok. Unit is on top floor, and the lanai is on a corner, so it gets nice breezes and more sun than other units. Eric was quite responsive and friendly.

Great Place

The condo is as advertised. Well equipped and very comfortable. The Lakewood National complex is wonderful. Golf, fitness facility, pickleball and clubhouse facilities are great. The administration at LWN is well done and there to help you out. The golf rules for renters are important to understand before you rent. Host is very responsive to any questions you may have. We would stay here again.

Wonderful gated property. Extremely friendly and helpful people. Very enjoyable resort style pool with tiki bar/restaurant. World class Arnold Palmer Golf. Quiet surroundings. Major shopping and restaurants very close. Ocean and beaches about 30-40 minutes. Coquina beach and all other Anna Maria island beaches absolutely amazing. A must stay in a wonderful community.

THE BEST

The location of this beautiful and comfortable condo is heaven for the golfer. Its heaven for the non golfers as well. The pool area, spa are gorgeous but also so close to so many things to do. The view from the balcony with the afternoon sun made for restful pauses while getting a little more Vit D. Great fun. Everyone is already planning to return.

Lakewood Ranch Condo - Golf community

Overall the condo was very nice. It was extremely clean and had many extras in the kitchen and cleaning supplies. The back porch of the condo overlooked the pond and one of the golf holes. We even saw a big alligator sunning on the ladies tees and then return to the pond. Our only disappointment was in regards to using the golf course and the driving range. We informed them at the Pro shop that we were not members of the condo and asked if we could pay a public rate. They informed us only if we had the member stay and play with us. That was disappointing, I am not sure we would have stayed if we had known that. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

This was a great condo and area to stay in. Very, very clean. Pictures reflect what the condo and furnishings are like. Kitchen is well appointed. King size bed is comfy. Electronics are updated and nice. We spent many hours on the lanai. Quiet, beautiful sunset location, interesting golf hole to watch from the lanai. This condo is one of the better located condos in the complex. We swam at both the small community pool and the larger clubhouse pool. Both were heated and quite nice. Not overly crowded. My only complaint would be to add a few more hangers in the condo, which isn’t a big deal and perhaps a few more spices in the kitchen. The area itself is quite nice. We had no trouble getting on both courses. We did stay in November though. Winter months we did hear that some residents had issues with the amount of times they could golf. There is a lottery system now and your account should be set up 2 weeks before arrival. Staff at the clubhouse in the administration area help you with that. Do that before you arrive. All staff we encountered throughout the complex were very helpful. The owner is great to work with. Answers any questions you have quite promptly. We would rent from this owner again. All in all a great spot and we would return again.
