It was overall very nice. There were some minor details that need attention like a dirty vent, hole in the wall, pool needs checked for a leak, new grill needs bought or current one needs cleaned. The pullout sofa bed warps to the middle so it needs replaced as well. It worked for what we needed.

Felt like a local

The home was so beautiful inside and out! Very short drive to all stores. The pool was great to use to stay cool, the garage had things we could use at the beach and at the pool. We also left a few things to add to the collection! Washer and dryer were so quick!!! We will definitely be back to the area, this is just the beginning of our love for Anna Maria island and Bradenton. The ladies I spoke with a few times were very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay!!

Perfect spot for family getaway

Beautifully appointed home, impressively stocked snd clean upon arrival. Lots of open space for our family of 5 to hang out. Layout if fantastic with game area off kitchen leading to the screened in pool area. All the bedrooms we used were nicely appointed, mattresses in great shape. lots of closet space. Chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella for the beach. We will definitely be back to this area of Florida as it has so much to offer. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely views of the sunrise off the back of the home. Only one recommendation...its time for a new couch :)

Awesome location and house

This property is very nice! And a good neighborhood! Could have been a little more clean and its not very many bathrooms for how many people can stay in it. But over all we enjoyed our stay!

Great House

The place was great. Very clean and updated. The family loved the house. It was located near a lot restaurants, grocery store, and most island destinations were all very close. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

From arrival to check out and everything in between was amazing. The neighborhood is nice, the house was amazing with plenty of run for our 3 teenagers. Great location and minutes from the beach! So much to do in the area. We visited the botanical gardens and the reserve which are about a 5 minute drive. We will definitely be back next year!

What a place!

Loved, loved, loved this property! This was my first experience renting a home, so I was a bit apprehensive about whether this was the right choice for a family gathering for my dad’s funeral. Turned out to be perfect! There was plenty of room for 10 of us. There was also plenty of room for other family members, staying elsewhere, came to spend the day with us. The house was clean & stocked as advertised. It was updated with a very open floor plan. We all enjoyed lounging by & swimming in the pool & playing the games in the game area. The master bathroom was amazing! Being able to utilize the garage to park the car and for storage was so helpful. This was also a great location for those of us who enjoy the ocean. We had daily morning beach walks after only a 10 minute car ride. The management team was exceptional. The questions I had before & during our stay were answered quickly & in a friendly manner. Extra towels, etc., that we needed were delivered quickly. The reservation/check in/check out processes were easy. There were a couple items that need to be addressed, most of which I already brought to the management company’s attention. In addition, pots & pans are badly scratched & need to be replaced. More pots & pans would be helpful when cooking for a large crowd like ours. Please give this home a try. You’ll be glad you did!!

Great Spot

The house is perfect for what you need. Very roomy with some activities to stay occupied while at the house. Very nice neighborhood and close to many beaches/ restaurants. Went with 10 friends for an extended weekend to golf and fish. Never had any issues with neighbors, complaints, etc. Would definitely book again in the future.

Great Digs

Clean, comfortable space. The minimalism gave the space high end vibes. Great space for a family of four like ours or for a larger group. Proximity to great eats, activities, and beaches. Rental company very responsive to messaging. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Renovation

The living room and kitchen were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is not heated (we knew that ahead of time) and so that limits usefulness. The HVAC system could not keep up so the house stayed very warm and that made it hard to sleep at night. My husband emailed at the beginning of the stay about that but did not receive a response. The AC unit leaked all over the garage floor every day. It is a nice place in a wonderful neighborhood but needs that AC worked on or replaced.

Amazing Inside

Beautiful house inside. All redone and great finishes. Outside lacked in maintenance. Spiders everywhere in pool cage area and pool water was not very clear.

Wonder house and neighborhood

This house was very clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to Anna Maria, a beautiful beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We would highly recommend this property to families.
