Excellent facility

The house was wonderful. The location worked very well. We were disappointed with the poor follow through by the property managers who promised to do certain things, and failed to follow through. Did not spoil our enjoyment of the place.

Great Place

This rental is awesome especially for a long stay. The home is neat and very well appointed to meet the needs of an extended stay. We really appreciated that! Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything!

Never happened

Please disregard our rating on the location as we never got to see it and I don't want to impact the listing as they did try to help us. I did want to let others know what happened to us. It is hard to really rate our stay since we never were able to stay there. We received a text at 8:45 am the morning of our intended checkin that there was a roof issue that they could not fix in time for our check in and so they cancelled our reservation. This created significant stress as we were leaving for our flight in less than 3 hours. I then spent that time trying to find different accommodations. The company tried to be helpful with that process yet with that timeline most of the places available were further away from where we needed to be and more expensive or not enough rooms. They did give us a full refund and sent us information to submit which I have not had a chance to really look at. It was a very stressful day and flight as we tried to find a appropriate place to stay which ultimately required us to use another site because VRBO would not let us try to serach for places on the day of checking. We ended up needing to get a hotel for the first night and then checkin to another place.

Beautiful getaway!

This beachy cozy home was amazing! Super clean and updated. Enjoyed our stay here, will definitely be back if in area for another baseball tournament.

Perfect in every way!

My stay was wonderful! The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

Easy commute to the Freedom Factory

Chose this property to be close enough to AMI and also for the straight shot to the Freedom Factory for their freedom 500. I also appreciated them being so pet accommodating for last minute boarding issues for someone in our group. GORGEOUS backyard, and house in general. Top priority to stay here again our next trip to Bradenton!

Family vacation pause

Very spacious. Well appointed. Excellent hvac system. Well lighted rooms. Truly appreciated the garage. Definitely worth another stay, only longer next time.

Bright and Beachy

The house is as pictured. We liked the windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is well outfitted with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The beds are very comfortable. The yard is private and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was great being able to use the garage. We will definitely rent this house again! It’s in the perfect area to get to the beaches, as well as Robinson and DeSoto preserves. Tom & Renee
