We booked this vacation home for Spring Break and we were so excited for the trip! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID AND STAY HERE!!!
When we arrived, the property there were many were many things that were disappointing: holes in the walls, closet doors broken, no hot tub, no heated pool, ants in the kitchen, no pots and pans, missing utensils, no broom, no vacuum, no batteries in the two tv remotes, and no bath towels. It was a nightmare getting in touch with Vacasa - the property managers. They took several days to get back with us, The pool was never heated, we used beach towels for bath towels for two days before going to buy some cheap ones (they delivered towels and pots and pans and a broom on day 5 of our 7 day stay). It was the worst customer service ever. It took effort not to spend every minute of our vacation time mad about it - and we will never stay here or at a Vacasa property ever again. I tried to get reimbursement from Vacasa as we bought our own towels and ate our way more often than expected, didn’t use the pool, and bought ant traps to try to get the ant situation that was going on in the kitchen when we arrived under control (not surprising when there was no broom).. There was open/bad electric outlet out back our daughter tried plugging in the outdoor lights and was badly shocked. Unsafe and acceptable! Lastly, we had our kids with us and thought the game room would be fun - the fuse ball table didn’t have any balls and the Ms PacMan machine is broken. Wish we could re-live this week and stay somewhere else - unfortunately that’s not possible. Vacasa has been impossible to get in touch with during and after this vacation.
