This was a GREAT place to stay. We stayed for a week while our daughter had a soccer tournament - and it had everything we needed and perfect location. The beach is super close, relaxing by the pool on the canal was perfection, and going for a jog along the bay was an extra treat. I will say that when we first got there the hot tub didn't seem to get hot - so we reached out, and within 10-15 minutes, they sent someone to the property who fixed it! 5 stars all around. Thanks much!

Dream Vaca

This house is amazing! We loved the open space and covered areas. We swam and soaked rain or shine! My boys had a blast fishing off the dock. We were surrounded by visitors from a family of manatee to a pair of dolphins ! The house is located perfectly - we enjoyed the access to Publix and The Fresh Market then a 5 min ride to AMI for special dinners! The house had chairs and umbrellas so we could enjoy several beaches. We loved the market at Coquina Beach and went back daily because parking is free and there is a cute Tiki bar on that beach! Only constructive feedback would be the same as other guests mentioned- the decking around the back of the pool is starting to weaken and seem loose. We will be back to enjoy this gem!

Beautiful , spacious getaway!

We stayed here with our 3 teen kids on spring break. The house is gorgeous- new or newly remodeled with lots of nice amenities. Kitchen has everything you can think of, pretty much- bring baggies/foil for leftovers! Multiple kinds of coffee makers, tons of dishes including melamine for outdoors. Grill is great. Theres even an air fryer which we didn’t use but could come in handy for Longer stays. Our favorite night was buying fresh fish from the island market and grilling. 2.5 baths in the house plus a full bath/shower off the pool, super handy. The outdoor living space is really nice and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are sparkling clean. There are a few loose boards on pool deck so use caution. BRING BUG SPRAY- we were all bitten badly by something , probably no see-ums (biting flies). Neighbors are friendly and the area seems safe. Be aware that some hurricane cleanup is still ongoing, no fault of the owners or property management company but a couple of days there was very loud construction and tree cutting going on on nearby homes which also generated diesel fumes. We just left those days and went onto the island. If you have small kids- be aware that there are door alarms to the outside, but no fence or anything on the dock/water. Rental company was very responsive to a few small requests that we had. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The Perfect House!

The house was exactly as stated. The neighborhood was very safe (only 1 way in/out) and close to everything (grocery, coffee, beaches). I was concerned that the pool wouldn't be warm enough,but it was perfect.

Envy of the family

Rented for a family wedding. Family had rented 6 homes in the area and ours was the nicest, biggest and most accommodating of all. Very clean and modern with great location. Highly recommend this and will definitely try to rent in future. Thanks

Amazing property!

We have been staying in and around Anna Maria for 20+ years and this was THE BEST! The home was amazing and exactly what we promised. It exceeded our expectations. There had been numerous other times that there were hot tubs and pools that didn't work as promised but everything here worked perfectly and made our stay relaxing and easy. Both the inside and outside living spaces were immaculate and well designed. We spend 2 full days in the pool and downstairs living area...it was great! We can not recommend this home enough and will definitely rebook in the future. This was also the first time we didn't stay on the island and can honestly say, we did not miss it. It was close enough to pop over if we wanted to but the home was relaxing, we didn't feel like we missed out on anything.

Great property!

Despite Hurricane Debby, we had a great stay! The property was clean and the pictures are an accurate representation of the house. The backyard oasis was amazing and in a quiet neighborhood. The property management company was quick to respond to inquires. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property!

This place is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed everything about this home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms luxurious. Can’t wait to ‘Sea You Soon’ and rebook!

What an extraordinary property! This unique and captivating layout was absolutely perfect for entertaining, even though we were just a small family, it suited us to a tee! Given our time spent at the beach and lazing by the pool, it was a dream. The first floor provided a spacious and versatile area that served as a hub for all our beach and pool gear, a convenient spot to dry off and shake off any sand after a quick drive to AMI. The same space opened out to the pool, which became our daily haven, and the kids adored the outdoor dining area under the patio for our meals. With ample seating and cool fans, it was the ideal spot to beat the heat. Considering our boisterous little ones, I initially had reservations about the stairs, but they never posed a problem. They weren't slippery, even when wet! The upstairs surpassed our expectations in size but still managed to exude a warm and homely vibe. The well-equipped kitchen had just about everything you could imagine without feeling cramped. The bedding, towels, and linens were delightfully fresh and clean. While I wished there was a small workstation or desk for the days I had to work, I managed just fine with what was available. The bathrooms nicely appointed, and there was no shortage of closet space! Our host Alex was fantastic! A true professional who responded promptly, even during a holiday. We were so enamored with the home that we extended our stay, twice. Honestly, we would have stayed longer if it were avail!

Excellent Listing

First, if returning I would book again. That's my best recommendation right there. It was so well appointed. From the fully stocked kitchen of cookware, dishes, and spice rack, to the use of pool floats, beach chairs and umbrellas. This is a wonderful property.

Very clean, great location, even better than the pictures

We loved this home! It was so clean and comfortable and the amenities were really great. The host was very kind in helping us with check-in and checkout. It was an easy drive to AMI and Bradenton. We had a toddler with us so the stairs were my biggest concern, but I ended up packing a portable mesh with zip-ties gate that worked well for us. But if you have smaller children you’d need something more sturdy. All the sliding doors had alarms which was great with a toddler and having a pool outside. We really enjoyed our time here

Five Star Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sea You Soon!" This was a well appointed, comfortable and gorgeous home. Alex was so helpful and responded quickly to the few question we had during the booking process and also during our stay. Couldn't recommend this home more!
