Gregg and Lori are fantastic hosts. They met us on arrival, showed us around, gave directions to food options, and even came over to change out a smoke detector battery. The location is really close to everything we wanted, and the house itself is amazing!!

We were in the area for my son to attend a baseball tournament and we had a wonderful experience. Close to everything we needed. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. There is love in every square inch of the “Lady”.

The Friendly City

A wonderful and peaceful 1920 house, with pool, in the historic centre of Bradenton. Walking distance from Old Main Street with its bars and restaurants, this was the perfect home away from home.Close to majestic Anna Maria island and downtown St Pete, the house offered space and tranquility as well as everything a family could need on a vacation. We can't recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Owners gracious and every detail of home perfect. Huge southern front porch, beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Quality abound in furnishings truly felt like you were at a well loved home. Backyard with tropical pool amazing..we will be back!

This house was amazing it had everything you could even need and more. The beds were comfortable. The home was beautiful. The owners were fantastic. Pool was awesome. Close to everything, many places. We’re walking distance and the beach drive took about 10 mins. I have no issues and can’t wait to stay here again!!

This home truly has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Bradenton. The owners have provided everything in abundance, you can just bring your clothes! One of the best things is the owners themselves. They and their daughter are super friendly and respond to any request or need immediately. We will be coming here for years!

This is the best stocked rental we've ever been to. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Even before we arrived I had to do some shifting of reservations and they took care of it with no issues. The house was amazing. Very clean, stocked, and functional. It's amazing how many little things had been considered for guest comfort. The property was kid friendly with all of the necessities; toys, games, pool items, etc. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house.Hope to stay again! Highly recommend

Walking distance to great food and welcoming homey vibe

You walk into the house knowing this isn't just another weekend rental flipper. No stark white and gray kitchen and no gift shop slogan sign tacked up on the walls. The place has a warm welcoming family feel to it and the owners are incredibly generous by offering up their shed of chairs and coolers, a bowl of snacks on the counter, as well as coffee and filters. Communication was great and the pool was heated! Wonderful wonderful stay, we will be back next year!

Beach fun with the grandkids

Wonderful, relaxing vacation with the grandkids. Our day was everything we were hoping for. The kids enjoyed the beach, but enjoyed the pool so much more. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful home with abundant space and supplies.

This home had plenty of space and everything our party of seven needed (and more!) It was the most well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at. They're not joking when they say just bring your clothes/suit and make a quick stop at the store. The location was super convenient, the host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here the next time we visit the Bradenton/Sarasota/Palmetto/Ellenton area.

Nice location

We enjoyed time with family. The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. The pool was a great way to relax. The time of year we rented was the 'rainy' season for FL, so there were bugs and bites that were a challenge to manage at times (more about the climate--not the rental). Greg and Lori were very nice hosts and stocked the house well with everything we needed.
