Great house in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the grill was a good size, clean, and plenty of propane The screened in area was wonderful to relax with a coffee in the morning, or a drink in the evening. Lots of ceiling fans to keep air moving - at least one in every room. The garage parking was also much appreciated with the hot Florida sun. The washer and dryer looked new and were very nice. The pool area was a favorite! The sound of the waterfall was soothing. The four lounge chairs outside (plus another 2 in the screened in area) meant plenty of seats for sunbathing or just relaxing after a dip in the pool. The pool is a little on the smaller side, but still enough room for a couple of floats and still some space to sit on the two ledges. There were pool noodles available when we were there. There were a few other floats as well, but we had brought our own. Plenty of towels available for the pool in addition to the ones in the bathroom.We love Coquina beach - very peaceful. During high traffic it took about 30 minutes to drive. Without traffic it's less than 10. I didn't see a beach blanket or umbrella available, but we brought our own. There were three beach chairs available, however which was nice! There was also a soft sided cooler in the garage which we didn't use as we had brought our own cooler. Overall this may have been one of my favorite Florida rentals!
