Great family vacation!

This property had everything we needed for grandparents, parents, auntie, and 2 year old to enjoy time together and a trip to the beach. Away from the touristy crowds but close enough to restaurants and shopping, we really enjoyed our week there!

Beautiful house and location!

Tracey was very responsive and quick when I had questions. The house was immaculately clean and the pool was wonderful as long with the beautiful back yard and patio area! Only took us 15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Our daughter also enjoyed the thoughtful and kind snack the host left for us. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Enjoyable Stay

Very nice home. We spent most days just sitting by the pool! We go on vacation mostly to relax. But if you like to go out, the area has many choices for eating and shopping. Thanks for having the property be pet friendly. Great communication with the host.

Excellent stay in Bradenton

Tracey is an outstanding property manager. Her key lime pie made us feel welcome right away, and tasted great. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. She has the house nicely organized with signage, so it was an easy stay. The house was very nice. The pool area was especially nice. The local area was great with stores and restaurants close by. I particularly liked the butcher shop just down the street. We highly recommend this property, and we don’t think you can find a better property manager than Tracey.

Perfect Oasis filled with conveniences

Everything was so easy after a very long drive in from NC. The lights were on, temperature set, easy door entry instructions, clear labeling of everything and a PIE! There was no shortage of conveniences, everything was easy to locate and the entire house was SPOTLESS! The backyard and pool area were truly an oasis and, when the cool nights of November necessitated pool hear, the host arrived to turn it on in record time. This may have been my best every VRBO experience!

Relaxing Vacay

This was our 4th stay and it never disappoints. The home is spacious and comfortable and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The pool area is always our favorite spot to hang out. Tracey is very responsive and wonderful to work with.

We have stayed here a couple times. We lived in the pool since it was so hot the past week. It is very well equipped. If you forgot it or need it it's probably there. Beds are comfy. Neighborhood is quiet. Very dog friendly. Tracey checks to see if you need anything and is available.

Tracey is such an awesome host!! She is very easy to communicate with. I love the key lime pie in the refrigerator, just a very welcoming touch. We enjoyed the pool so much that we didnt even go to the beach except to have dinner and get some sunset pictures. The area is nice and quiet. This is a place we would love to visit every summer!

Great house to stay in Bradenton. We enjoyed the pool day and night. Love how close we were to the beach, shopping, and grocery stores. Communication with Tracey was great, she responds very quickly.

Perfect family vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was perfect for our family of 8. 4 adults, 3 children, and 1 infant. The pool and backyard area provided endless hours of fun for the littles. Home is close to the beach and only took minutes to get onto AMI. The home was stocked with plenty of linens, towels, play supplies, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the street was calm - important with children. We had a slight issue with the pool on our arriving day. The manager contacted us prior to check-in to let us know the situation and worked diligently to get the pool situation corrected by the following day. Communication with the manager was very much appreciated. It is very evident that she cares for the guests renting this home. Will definitely rent this home again.

Would stay again!

Location is convenient to Anna Maria Island, Cortez, Palmetto, Snead's Island and downtown Bradenton. Overall the house was clean, well organized and the amenities were exactly as described. The host was attentive, responsive and very easy to work with.
