We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything we needed was there. Perfect place for 2 families. My mother in law loved the putting green and my husband and son played pac man at least 2 times a day. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to sit outside and watch a movie on the out door tv set while the kids were swimming. With the back being covered we even got to enjoy being outside when it rained (which it only did once in the evening). There is nothing more you could ask for. Even a short 5-6 minute walk to the water to see the sun set. Shopping is close and even met some of the neighbors who were out were extremely welcoming. This was the perfect spot for us and my in-laws to have a great vacation. So many bedrooms everyone had the choice of their own room which was great. We had to reach out to the property hosts to ask a few questions and got a response within 30 minutes of reaching out. Went to the beach for a day and everything we needed (chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon) including beach games were there for us to use. The cooler was perfect so we could take lunch and drinks with us. It was quite difficult to leave and we can't wait to go back again!!!!!

Beautiful Property in Convenient Location

This stay was all-around 5 stars. The 5/3 was perfect for our family of 8. The screened in pool area was perfect for relaxing at the house while enjoying the beautiful weather. The location was convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

This home had everything we needed and was super clean. The huge lanai and beautiful pool made it easy to be outdoors all day. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. 15 min drive to the beach. Overall, everything was very easy, which was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway!

Family Oasis!

We really love this house and we will definitely book here again! It was clean and had almost everything we needed. The pool was so fun and entertained our kids constantly. The set up of the house is perfect for families because you walk into the home and there are four bedrooms on the main part of the house and then there is the master bedroom off the other end. It keeps everyone separate and gives some breathing room. Tons of beach stuff at the house, so no need to go buy anything. There is also a pack and play at this house. We called the rental company and they told us there wasn’t one so we had to buy one when we got there..they have one in one of the closets. There is also a binder in the House and it has al the instructions for check out, which were easy!!, where to go to eat, fun things to do and more. For our first night we had Danny’s pizza delivered and it was so good!!! We also had the best day out of our trip at CoastLine Excursions. My kids won’t stop talking about it. There was only one thing we disliked, the master bedroom mattress is super soft. Like we rolled in it. My husband hates the bed and slept terrible all week. We will 100% stay here again!!!

Family Time

Very nice house and perfect for what we needed. There were a few things that needed to be addressed by owners. 1. Dishwasher has loose seal and leaked onto floor. 2. Batteries in MBR remote needed to be replaced. 3. Pool bathroom toilet ran continuously at times. 4. Exhaust fan in pool bathroom made loud noise but didn’t run. 5. Blinds in front bedroom didn’t work to open blinds. 6. Towel rack came off wall. Appeared to have been repaired in past. We DID enjoy our stay and would recommend the house to others!

Great large family home to vacation

Everything we could ask for

We had 9 family members and a dog. The home was wonderful and suited us perfectly. Holmes Beach access was 10-15 minutes away, and was very easy to get to. We would have been hard-pressed to find a better fit for us.

Daughters graduation from med school

Had family coming in from Boston, New York and Florida to watch our daughter graduate for medical school as a doctor of osteopathic medicine. The home was very comfortable well taken care of the pair were in outstanding place to have a graduation party. Thank you for a great time.

Great place to rent

Great home to come back and chill after long days of sightseeing. The outdoor space around the pool is fantastic. Being able to chill outside, relax, grill, watch TV, etc all while being only a few feet from the pool to watch the kids was awesome. Large home with plenty of bedrooms. Having ceiling fans in every room makes it tough but having bunk beds would be better than individual beds in all the rooms. Thanks for having us.

Great place for all> Family, friends young and old will love this place.

We are snowbirds who came to Florida for a golf trip. Five men stayed in our group ages 50's to 70's. This VRBO is well stock, organized and well maintained. This very clean home would be great for families who would love using the pool. Three good size TV's in the common areas including the pool deck, awesome for the sports lovers in your group. I would 100% stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic Property!

Exactly as pictures show. Very clean. Amenities throughout. Plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable. We are very picky about where we stay and there were absolutely no issues with the inside of the home. Be forewarned that the neighborhood street is dated and yards aren’t kept up consistently, so you might be second guessing your decision upon first arriving. However, not to worry as the inside is an oasis and the neighborhood is safe and very convenient to all surrounding beaches and shopping. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Montauks Point

As soon as we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place for our large family. The house was spacious, had a great layout and was very clean! We loved the large screened in pool area and appreciated the ceiling fans out there. Good location, short ride to beach. Property manager was great and super nice!

Felt like home

This house was perfect for our family!!! It felt like home in that was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need..inside and outside of the home. Plenty of room for our family to spread out, it was VERY clean, close to beaches and other fun activities. Would absolutely recommend!
