Great pool reno

The recently redone pool was great, condo updated and clean, and great location for proximity to daughter’s soccer in Lakewood Ranch and the beaches. Only issues were no hair dryer and problems with the fan/light remotes throughout the condo.

Cozy get away

We stayed on the property for our spring break with the intentions of visiting anna maria island. It is only a 10 mile drive however, we were not expecting the traffic to get on the island! Busy time of year. Most things were available on the property, including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and boogie boards. We would have like to have a cooler available, so i would like to make that suggestion to the owners. It was very nice to have a washer & dryer to use! The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to keep various snacks and re heat leftovers 😋 very clean as well. Check in was seamless as well as check out. Thank you!

Unconventional

The inside of the Condo was updated with a remodeled Kitchen with granite countertops and a large Granite island and new appliances. The outside left a lot to be desired as there is a partially excavated lot near the building that has a construction fence around it with lots of weeds growing. So that was a little unsightly to look at every day.

Tastefully decorated but not what you expect.

The pictures make the property look pristine, but the upkeep of the property was disappointing. Outside drive way and parking was in disrepair and the property up keep could have been better. Inside had little things not functioning. The biggest issue for me was I felt the property should have had pictures or words showing/telling about the outside of the property complex. They emailed us to ask if everything was OK and how could they make us comfortable. I answered with a description of the falling fence, and their response was, "We had a wind storm" fair enough, but It took them 5 days to come and sure-up the fence so it was not hanging over our walk way to get into the apartment. I did express that I felt the cost was too much because of those things. Their response was "We have over.... reviews and no one has complained". I left it at that and did not plan to give a review, but as they kept asking for a review, I felt it would it help other travelers.

beatiful place

It's a beautiful place, everything works properly. It's confortable! Unfortunately, the neighboor upstair was noisy. I had problems in first payment, i paid twice, no solution at this moment.

Beautiful

We loved our stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean throughout. Neighbors were quite and respectful, the rental was located in a nice location just off Cortez Rd which is near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. I do wish the pool stayed open past 8PM, but other than that everything was perfect. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Place.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful appartment! It had everything we needed it and it was super confortable. Great location and excellent communication. Had a little issue with the noise of the neighbors upstairs but after messaging the company management, it was resolved quickly. Thank you for a nice time!

very clean. I spent a ton of money before hand on beach nescesities and to my surprise everything i bought was there on the back porch for us to use during our stay. Loved it. Also very impressed with the parking!!!

Modern 2/2 condo with pool.

Photos on VRBO accurately depict where you are staying. The grounds outside of the condo itself are in need of sprucing up. Property Manager was very responsive.

Nice condo close to IMG

We stayed in this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and had a great stay. Everything was clean. Check in was easy and it was 5 minutes to IMG where my son was playing lacrosse. This condo was simple and just what we needed for the long weekend.

Great stay

My dad and I rented this property over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. Check in was very simple, the house was spotless and beautiful, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We laid by the pool too which was a great plus. Definitely would recommend this condo to anyone interested!!

Perfect!

The rental was wonderful! The kids loved the bunk bed setup. Decorated very nice. Pool was great! We pretty much had it ourselves the whole week! Everything was top notch!

Our first time staying.

We did a quick 3 night stay before school started back family trip. We are a family of 4 with a 13 yr old and 16 yr old. The condo on the outside was well cared for offered a pool for my youngest. The pool area is well maintained and clean. The inside of the condo was very clean and the decor was beachy. The description in VRBO matches the real experience. We did a lot of sight seeing and other activities so we only really was at the condo to sleep and eat breakfast with the occasional moment my son would swim before calling it a night. We did have a small issue with young children running in the condo above us late into the night but we contacted the owner and all was good. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Perfect vacation!

My family of 7 stayed for a quick vacation and we were blown away by how clean and nice everything was! The location is PERFECT! Close to shopping & restaurants and close enough to SEVERAL beaches that we visited them all multiple times! The home was beautifully furnished and included beach items which was super helpful. The pool and pool area were very clean and well maintained at all times. We had one minor issue and within minutes, Michael messaged me back and had the issue fixed. My husband and I enjoyed it so much, we are already planning when we can come back again. This property did not disappoint!!

Better than expected!

I was so surprised by how clean and beautifully updated this condo was! We needed a place to day for only a few days and this property was way better than staying in a hotel! And more cost effective for a family of 4. Do not be thrown off by the simple look of the outside of the condominium building and of the bumpy driveway entrance. We slept great, the kitchen was wonderful! I loved the updated kitchen and island. An added bonus surprise is the screened in patio with seating and string lighting. There is also a lot of beach and pool toys. Both bathrooms were tastefully updated, the master shower I loved! It was nice and quiet to relax. This property is at a very good location! My only suggestion is for the Condominium Complex to fix the very bumpy entrance and include lighting on the name of the Complex. At night you can not see where to turn in. The Christmas lights around the large palm tree at the entrance are also burned out. Thank. you!
