This property was perfect for our group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We all really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and cornhole—it made for great downtime together. The location was excellent, close to Anna Maria Island and Robinson Preserve. On our last night, we had a wonderful dinner at Bridge Street Bistro on Anna Maria Island and watched a beautiful sunset. Tony was a fantastic host—very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We are a multi-generational group of 9 (late teens to mid-80s) and stayed over Christmas break. This house suited our needs very well -- and we're a tough group to please with varied interests.Highlights:-clean, with nice bath towels-big kitchen-large enough dining table that allowed us to eat as a group (that's often a tough find in rentals)-large bedrooms (en-suite bathrooms a huge plus too)-a couple main floor bedrooms-theatre room-clean pool (heated so nicely in winter!) and hot tub (and a half-bath on the patio - super convenient)-pickleball and basketball (basketball is the soft kind so isn't noisy)-outdoor shower to clean sandy feet-large assortment of items you'd want for a beach adventure (chairs, beach towels, etc.) The location is great because it's tucked away in a quiet residential area with sidewalks for outdoor exercise, but also just minutes away from food options and box stores for forgotten/needed items. Getting to Anna Maria Island was easy. We went every day, sometimes twice. Our special activities included (mentioning specifically by name because our experiences were top-notch):-Paradise Boat Tours to see dolphins and learn about Tampa Bay (crowd pleaser for everyone; great experience)-Jet-Skis via Freedom Jet Ski Rentals -A little further afield was Go-Karts via T4 Kart Plex and while there visit the nearby Citrus Place for treats and crafts

We had a very nice stay, the house easily accomadated my family of 5 adult couples and 6 kids. The heated pool and pickleball were big hits for the kids. The patio above the pool was so convenient to keep an eye on kids and listen to their laughter. Patio was large enough for most to sit around,playing cards, games and enjoying some drinks. Location was quiet,with a short easy drive to Anna Maria Island and beaches. Communication from host was superb.

Our family stayed at the Mango Manor while we celebrated our father’s birthday. The home had plenty of space for all of us and something for everyone to do. We all especially enjoyed the pool, pool table, and theater room. The large table allowed us to eat together. The location was very close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Communication about check in and property details was outstanding. One note, there are a few steps to navigate when accessing the pool table, theater, and 2 first floor bedrooms thar renter should be aware of. There are several wall mounted baby gates as well which we found helpful.

We had a great time at this house with family from Massachusetts, the house was plenty big enough for everyone to be together indoors, having dinner at the table and cooking in the kitchen. The cinema room was great to relax in and watch a movie, again with plenty of space. The house was nice and clean when we arrived, parking was great, even told to watch out for the mango tree and falling mangos. The host was quick to reply, if we had any questions and giving us any additional information. It’s nice and close to get to Anna Maria island or Bradenton beaches. Overall a great place to stay with a large family or with friends.

Family visit

Beautiful house, easily could accommodate a larger group than ours. Lots of steps, level changes, but the host thoughtfully installed baby gates, if that matters to your group. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, breadcrumbs, and vinegar, and seriously, so much maple syrup!(future renters: no need to buy any maple syrup to have the one time you make pancakes) Overall, we had a great time, in the pool, playing pool inside (A/C!), and visiting with family.

Great vacation home near Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, FL

We thought the property looked even better than the pictures upon entering the cozy Living Room. The dining room table allowed all 19 of us to squeeze together around the table ( 9 adults and 10 kids ages 8-16). The pool outside was well used and the hot tub nice and warm. We got lots of games of ping pong and billiards in. The 2 tables plus coffee table allowed many different board games to be going on. Loved having 2 refrigerators and the large kitchen. My favorite thing was having 6 bedrooms with en-suite baths. Everyone could get some time away from the group and not have to share bathrooms. We had some drain issues (holding water) in 2 showers in 2 bedrooms and the owner got a handy man over there right away. The owners were so prompt about answering and did everything we requested. Always so cordial and welcoming. The rules were very clear and easy to follow. Also proximity to beautiful Manatee Beach about 12 minutes away was easy and Coquina Beach just a little farther. They are 2 of my favorite beaches I have been to in FL in the 5 years we have lived here. The shaded picnic areas, large expanse of shallow water, cool temperature sand and lovely warm water - plus food available on the beach and evening music at Manatee made our beach times so memorable. The property was everything it claimed to be. We were all very happy with our stay and would go there again. Maybe some better cooking pans (scratches)and a griddle. Owners were the best.

Great place for large families

Stayed with 19 family members. Everyone had a bed to sleep in & the house was very spacious. Loved the theater room for rainy days or nighttime movies. The pool & hot tub were very nice. It’s close to the island however it takes a bit to get over the bridges as the traffic is very heavy on & off the island. Loved that each room had newly remodeled bathroom suites. Bath & beach towels were high quality/thick. I’d definitely recommend for large groups

Perfect house for a long weekend

We stayed at the house with a group of young girls and parents for a nearby soccer tournament. The house was spacious and perfect for our trip. The amenities of the pool, hot tub, game room and movie room were a great retreat when we weren’t at the field for the kids and parents alike. The location is close to tons of food and shopping too. The house had everything we needed.

Family of 16 vacation

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. More than enough room for our group as well as bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool, pool table, hot tub were all enjoyed! We cooked all of our meals in the huge kitchen and most of us could set at the table and eat. It was also nice to sit outside with a tv and patio set for several people all of which was all screened in. The area was great, minutes from the beach and stores! Oh the theater room was a hit for all of us too! Tony, our host was phenomenal. Super nice and quick to respond. 10/10 recommend. Can’t go wrong with ample space, bathrooms, seating, pool, pool table, hot tub. A week was not long enough!

I wish I could give them ten stars!!’

We rent at least once a year from VRBO and have never had such an amazing experience!! From the genuine, caring, kind and helpful owners to the accuracy and beauty of the property to the ease of checking out. Even though Hurricane Dwbby threw us for a loop there was enough to do at the house to keep us entertained for two stormy days. The pool is a perfect place to wind down after a beach day or just float in all day! Bathroom in every bedroom plus extras, huuuge entertainment room perfect for kids to hang and sleep in and a separate living room for the adults. The beaches are all incredible, we loved Cortez for family fun with lots of shopping, fishing, mini golfing but the farther north beaches are incredibly quiet and beautiful too. We can’t thank Tony and his family enough for the memories and we can’t wait to come back!

Nice, spacious home!

This house was great for our large family vacation. We love how close it is to Anna Maria Island, specifically Holmes Beach which is a favorite of ours. Lots of amenities throughout the home, and we loved playing corn hole out by the pool. We had a few minor issues, but great communication with Tony allowed for a smooth vacation!

The house was spacious and laid out perfectly. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids loved the game room. Spent most time out by the pool where there was entertainment for all! Tony was a gracious and very responsive host.

Mango house

We enjoyed our time at this home. We named the mango home because there were hundreds of mangoes dropping while we were there. We ate as many as we could. The house was nice. Had a few little quirks, but nothing serious. We really enjoyed both the pool and the cinema room. Tony was very nice. Thanks for the great vacation.

All the space you will need

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for. My family was in Florida for our niece graduation. This location was ideal for getting to her graduation and other activities that was on the schedule. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for all my family. A lot of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. There were a few minor problems that didn’t interfere with our stay but was given to the owner who advises they will address them before they rent to the next family. Enjoyed all the beaches that were near by. The Publix market was definitely a need for our stay.
