Location was great, there was more than enough room for the 7 of us and host was quick to answer and solve any questions that we had. The kids were in the pool multiple times throughout the day, spent lots of time feeding the fish and the turtles and enjoyed fishing from the dock. All of our meals were eaten outside. It was a short drive to the beaches and hopefully we will be able to visit again

Our family stayed April 2026. The rental was perfect for our family of 9 including 3 kids 4 and under. Home was super clean. Pool was awesome. Very family/kid friendly. They had everything covered including high chair, pack and plays, bunk room, plastic dishes for the kids, pool toys, umbrella/chairs for the beach, etc. Highly recommend!

Close to the beaches, we had pool warmed so the grandkids enjoyed it in the evening time. Very quiet neighborhood. Family enjoyed playing games outside in the evening too. Very comfortable place to stay for the spring break week.

Wonderful property, room for a big family, although there were only 2 of us. The location is close to the beach, the house well maintained with everything you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk thru the door. Thanks to the hosts, Well Done!

We stayed here for about 4 days in February and had the best time! It was chilly when we were there, but we paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth it! The kids swam everyday even in the colder temps. My boys also were able to catch bluegill off the dock in the back which was great! We were able to keep an eye on all the kids at once while lounging poolside. My daughter and I enjoyed feeding the turtles off the back dock as well! There were pool toys and beach gear provided which we greatly appreciated.The inside of the house is well appointed and everything is labeled so well! Very organized and comfortable. Overall, we would totally stay here again. Great location in town to get everywhere pretty quickly. Fun trip and hope to be back!

My family and I stayed at this VRBO for about a week and had a wonderful time. Our host, Jenny, made herself available to our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. This home was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our Christmas in Florida. The pool was well maintained, the backyard was relaxing to sit in during the evenings, and my two sons spent hours fishing off the private dock behind the home. We enjoyed catching several bluegills and bass. There were many little turtles which was also fun to see. The local park had manatees and the surrounding area offered many fun activities for my family. I have never stayed at the same VRBO twice, but this home will definitely be on our list if we are in the Bradenton area again. Amazing experience!

Peaceful Piece of Florida

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, and the view off the back porch was so calm and peaceful. Plus, there was a lot of wildlife! We saw a variety of birds, a rabbit, a lizard, and many turtles in the pond. We were able to do some successful fishing off the dock. The house is beautifully maintained and perfect for family. It was well stocked with board games, pool floaties, and extra beach towels. We loved that the house is tucked away in a sweet neighborhood, but just a short drive to anything you could want to do on vacation.

Very peaceful and comfortable home

Jenny was an excellent host. Her information was very timely and accurate. The location was perfect for getting to beaches, restaurants, parks and shopping. We spent a lot of time in the pool lanai. The pool was sparkling clear and enjoyable. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with all needed supplies.

Photos and description of property were accurate.The home was well equipped for a family and was a short distance from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport.We also felt we could easily drive to restaurants, beaches, and wildlife preserves.The hosts were great- quick to respond and clear in communication.A place we would stay again.

Family holiday

Booked this villa for our family holiday from Scotland for 17 nights to explore the area. Excellent communication with property manager leading up to arrival following hurricane Helene and Milton to reassure us prior to travel. Villa was exactly as description and photos very accurate. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook. Lovely quiet residential area and the outside area, outlook and pool was amazing and loved by us all. Really easy entry on arrival and property manager very quick response to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property if you are keen to visit the area. So close to Anna Maria island, so sad to see the devastation in the area we travelled through caused by hurricane Milton but amazed at how quickly the clean up was happening during our stay. Loved our stay thank you.

Family Reunion in Bradenton.

The bad, access to Ana Maria Island was not available to tourist due to effects of hurricane Helene. The good, the residence had everything we needed to allow our stay to be a pleasant one. Nice pool area. Well-furnished kitchen. 3 of 4 bedrooms had king size beds with a tv in each bedroom. 3 bathrooms. Quality location within approximate 10-minute drive of both Manatee and Cortez avenues. Recommend Detwilers a few blocks south of Cortez for your grocery needs. We'd look to stay again.
