Nice stay

Our stay was great with a few negatives. We planned our meals with the grill and when we arrived the grill was not working. We thought the grill had no gas so we took the tank and replaced it with a new one and realized that it was still not working. I called and let them know and they said they would send someone to repair it but no one ever came. Then on the day we were checking out, we received a call from the manager stating that the owner called her saying that we had a dog at the property which was not true. They called like at 8am when we were all still sleeping. This house was very nice and clean but the is also a big mosquito infestation in the yard. Other than that I would stay there again.

Everything about the property was perfect! The house was spotless. Kitchen very well stocked with every pan or utensil you could think of. Same with bed sheets and towels. More than enough beach towels. The outdoor living was beautiful. It was too cold to use the gorgeous pool ! We will definitely be back! Thank You for a lovely stay!

Lovely, quiet close to event, restaurants, stores, and beach. Television/cable and surround sound confusing and unable to sort out with customer service. Only had Roku and Netflix- would have liked to have had access to local news and live tv.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great house and pool

Had a great experience at this property. Nice neighborhood. Close to groceries, shopping and many restaurants. It takes around 45 minutes to drive to Anna Maria Island even though it’s not very far due to Lots of traffic during February. Definitely would recommend

We loved this home! The pool area has a tv, grill and smoker with several seating areas. The bedrooms are at each end of the house, and very convenient to beaches!

Wifi

The Wi-Fi network and password provided were incorrect. It took two days and communication with three ways to connect to some one who could provide the correct Wi-Fi network and password. One Vacasa rep did not respond to my message until the day before we left our rental property. Very frustrating!!

Ten Weeks at "almost there"

This is a great place to stay! It is comfortable, well located, and has a lovely pool and spa. The kitchen has all the amenities most cooks need. VACASA and Shelly (the owner) responded promptly with answers to our questions. The house truly became our home away from home. We were sad to leave.

Great relaxing time with the family.

Great place! The moment you walk in you feel like you’re on vacation. Loved everything about the rental! Pool was amazing! The whole outdoor area was great! Bedrooms are beautiful. Bathrooms are beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place!

Vacasa was not very good w customer service

Multiple small things were broken or problematic about the stay. It wasn't enough to ruin the trip, but when you rent this property, you will deal with Vacasa not VRBO.

The property was well-maintained and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The pool and spa were also clean and the salt water was appreciated. The kitchen had many cooking utensils/servingware/storage containers. However, it would be nice if some kitchen staples could be provided such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap/bag, and salt/pepper. These are things we didn't want to purchase for a week's stay.

Beautiful property

We stayed March 27 - March 31. The property was beautiful, the backyard was very relaxing and inviting. The beds are SO comfortable!! They had some beach matts, towels and beach bags for use. We left some kid toys, pool noodles and goggles. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved our whole stay !

Gorgeous in Quiet Neighborhood Close to Grocery & Beaches

We enjoyed our stay! Things we liked: Overall aesthetic, hot shower with great pressure, gorgeous, quiet pool area, quiet 55+ neighborhood close to grocery store, close enough to beaches, had beach towels, bags, & mats to use. Things we wish we'd known: Hot tub remote is persnickety, never got it working which led to a disappointment, has a Keurig, but wasn't shown in pic or in the description. Things to consider adding to listing or improving on to make the experience exceptional: Add Keurig in description & add to kitchen pic. purchase some standard size bed pillows that are comfortable to add to the floofy King size ones that are more for show and not very comfortable, start the weary guests off with some basics in the kitchen until they can get to the grocery store the next day (I.e., K-Cups, sugar & creamer packets, 4 pack of muffins, extra boxes of tissues, plastic cutlery, paper plates, dryer sheets) Take down noisy wind chimes, upgrade hot tub to a more reliable, hard on-off switch with timer. Thank-you so much for our stay! I rate this property 9 out of 10, only because the hot tub was unusable.

Perfect location!!!!

The house was beautifully decorated in a quiet and safe area lovated only 15 minutes from the beach. It had everything we needed inside and out. The outdoor space was so relaxing and accommodating with a clean pool, outdoor sitting space equipped with a barbeque, speakers, and television. Absolutely clean property. Would definitely reserve again!!!

Spring break family vacation

We had a great, relaxing stay. The house was well equipped and clean. We spent a couple of days at the beach, and the rest of the time enjoyed lounging by the pool. The back patio is ideal for relaxing! Plenty of sun and shade and comfortable spots to relax. Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for our family Florida vaca! It was clean, completely stocked with everything we needed, and was located close to all of our favorite places. And when we weren’t on the go, the pool/spa area was great for relaxing. We would definitely visit again!

Great Property, Terrible Property Management by VACASA

The home was beautiful and as advertised. Great location. However, there were several issues which we reported during our stay that went uncorrected (see excerpt from email to VACASA below) and diminished our overall enjoyment of our 5 week stay. As noted in our email below to VACASA, during the last week of our stay, the pool filter and outdoor patio electricity were not functioning. This had a significant negative impact on the quality of our stay. We asked VACASA to please pass on our concerns to the property owners. To: Vacasa Cc: Subject: Maintenance Request Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment in the service Vacasa has shown us while staying in Bradenton, FL. On Sunday, February 20th, I reported that the pool filter had stopped working. This was the second time this had happened during our stay. However, this problem has not been fixed and my text and phone calls have fallen on deaf ears. In addition to the pool filter not working, the outdoor power to the fan, lighting and TV near the tiki bar is also not working. This was discovered Wednesday, February 23rd and reported Thursday, February 24th. I spoke to a VACASA rep who advised that a note in the file stated another agent would be contacting the pool company on Wednesday morning and was going to contact us to let us know when the pool service was coming. I have not heard from anyone since my call this morning to Vacasa's 800 number. As stated above, this is not the service we expected from Vacasa. It is not a reflection on the homeowner, but is a poor reflection on the maintenance service. Please remedy this situation. Thank you. We have booked properties several times through VRBO and have always had extremely good experiences. This experience with VACASA however was a big disappointment.
