Coco's Beach House Residential Home w/ POOL

Cocos Beach house has it all! If you want to have FUN in the SUN look no further! Only 15 minutes to the BEST beaches in the United States and only 5 minutes to the SRQ airport. 6 miles to Downtown Sarasota and Downtown Bradenton. Tour both cities with ease when you stay here at Coco's Beach House.
The space
Full house sleeps 10! 3 bedrooms, 6 beds. 2 bathrooms. Self check-in.

Coco's Beach house is airy and bright! The layout provides open space for family and friend get togethers.

When you enter you will find the living space to your right. Large windows let in natural sunlight. Straight ahead is the dining area that seats 8. Behind the dining area you will find a sliding glass door that takes you to the patio that has a dining table to seat 6 and overlooks the large backyard and pool. To the right of the dining area you will find the large spacious kitchen. Off the kitchen is the pantry and washer and dryer closet. To the left of the living area is a hallway where you will find all the bedrooms and bathrooms off of. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights. The backyard is large with a private fence.

ROKU TV - WiFi - password will be included in house rules. Streaming instructions will be included as well.

The pool does not have a safety gate or lock for small children. While families are encouraged to stay here, please supervise all children when around the pool area. We do not have a lifeguard on premisie so please swim at own risk. Pool is HEATED December to March!

The driveway has room for 6 cars with additional parking for larger vehicles such as RV's, boats and jet-skis.

Your furry friends are welcome for an additional fee of $ 50.

NO PARTIES!!!! We will be happy to accommodate small gatherings as long as they fall within the guidelines.

Just minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton airport and only 15 minutes to all the beaches in the area, this house is conveniently located for the best vacation experience!

Guests has access to the ENTIRE residential home. RV, boat and jet ski parking is included with NO EXTRA COST!

Please be courteous of the neighbors! No loud music after 10pm, and do not block in any neighbors with your cars.
