We loved the location of the property. The kitchen/living room set up was excellent. Time spent in and seated around the pool was very good. It was great to have the use of the pool towels.

Fun in the Sun

My family had a wonderful time and all that was needed was there for us. The rooms were perfect, and cozy and the home had a lot of space. The kids' room was a bit warm, and we just kept the room open to help keep it cool.

Too Many Issues

Honestly, we researched this property and saw so many good reviews, we thought we were going to be very happy. From the moment we arrived, we experienced numerous issues. Check in was at 4:00 pm and we arrived at 5:45 pm and the housekeepers were still there. We had the upstairs suite which was beautiful but insane hot, espically during the summer days as heat rises. There is no ceiling fan upstairs though property management was very good about bringing us a fan promptly to help which did a little. There were issues with the pool, cockraches, sliding door locks didn't work, the Jets in upper bath kept spitting out dirt/debris despite my husbnd cleaning it numerous times so we never could use that. Firepit had to be manually lit which no one was keen on doing so we couldn't use that. The property management was very good about every issue we brought to their attention addressing it immediately so I will say that however, it would have been nice, if issues were taken care of proactively vs reactivley. We have never had so many issues in all of our years traveling. The home is beautiful and large for a big family but if you plan on cooking alot, you will wash dishes frequently for silverware and the trash cans will fill up quickly. Biggest disappointment overall was how uncomfortable upstairs was due to temperature, not being able.to use jet tub or the outdoor firepit along with dissatisfaction with housekeeping.

Wonderful home. Great location in quiet neighborhood with a great space for family time. Only a couple of issues with the property. The upstairs bedroom stays very warm even with blinds closed as recommended and the floors need a really good cleaning as all our feet were nasty when walking on them.

There was a few things, that could be better, like wobbly stoolchairs we did not used, same thing with the corner chairs living room.Pool chairs most of them have a crack in both arm rest...bbq full of grease,never used.I give you 3 stars

Absolutely perfect!

The house description doesn’t do this house justice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The size of the house was phenomenal for our large group. The upstairs suite was more than we ever expected. The pool was a great size the grandchildren loved it. It’s close enough to AMI to go daily no problems. The only critique would be to provide portable fans for the bedrooms especially the upstairs room it got quite stuffy. All in all a great week!! We will definitely stay again on our next AMI trip!

Amazing week of relaxation and Christmas cheer

We enjoyed the sunshine, warm temps, and heated pool. We used the pool almost every day. Close to restaurants, grocery, outlets, and the sandy beaches. OVERALL EXCELLENT WEEK.

Great While it Lasted

The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen was great, space was great and the pool was great and we even met the neighbors. We had to leave half way through our vacation because of Milton. Maybe we will rent this place again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, the pool was so relaxing, the kitchen had everything in it to cook family meals. Our only complaint is the master bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds was so hot. We went to Walmart and bought some fans , that helped a little. Thank you for sharing your home.

The best place we’ve ever stayed in!

This was by far the best property we have ever stayed in for so many reasons. Firstly, the master bedroom and ensuite is the entire top floor and consists of a gigantic bed with the most comfortable mattress and pillows we have ever slept on. Walk in closet space, large bath with jacuzzi jets and a walk in shower were perfect as well. Secondly, the kitchen was stocked with every cup, dish, chopping board and accessory you could ever need. The attention to small details made the trip so much easier with things like tin foil, sandwich bags and food storage containers for leftovers all in plentiful supply. The living room has a massive TV which we used our Netflix account for movie nights The pool area was loved by us all. A perfect mix of shaded seating and sun drenched areas. The pool is lightly heated which makes it the ideal temperature for cooling off without the freezing toe dipping process! Bradenton is an ideal location to visit Anna Maria island beaches. We did multiple sunrise and sunset trips. Our top tip is Bean Point which is roughly 20 mins drive. The sunrises and du sets are spectacular and there are very few people around in comparison to the other beaches on Anna Maria. There’s a Walmart 12 mins away by car and a new Target opening in the next month or so which is a similar distance away. Overall a fantastic experience and we would recommend this property to everyone. An awesome holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

A little piece of heaven!

We were so happy with our two week stay at your beautiful home. The location was amazing, so many amenities close by including the beach, access to highways, shopping, restaurants and even the gym (planet fitness). Awesome Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had 2 families who stayed here from Spring Break down from Michigan. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it allowed for the right amount of space for each of our people. The accommodations are very nice as is the layout. I highly recommend this house. Thank you.
