Beautiful property and responsive host

The property overall was delightful. We encountered a few house maintenance issues and the host was very responsive and addressed almost all issues accordingly. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the air conditioning and stove that couldn't be resolved during our stay, which was unfortunate. If those had been fixed ahead of time, we'd give the property 5 stars. The amenities and attention to detail were appreciated.

Great property!

Our stay at Clover Cottage was a great one! The house was decorated very nice and most important was super clean! The master bed/mattress was very comfortable after long days at soccer fields, exploring Bradenton & surrounding areas. The location was great with several beaches within 15-30 minutes drive time. The owners had great communication before and upon our arrival with an online brochure including suggestions for to-dos and local grocery shopping. If in Bradenton again, we will stay at Clover Cottage!

Very Nice!!!

It was very clean and well put together. My family and I love the design of the house! There was a lot of fun activities provided as well (basketball and table tennis as an example). I highly recommend this property!

Perfect location and quiet

While we were only here for 2 nights this is definitely one of the best VRBO rentals I’ve stayed at in a long time. The house was very clean and everything was in like new condition. There was plenty of space for a family to come. Best of all it was located just a few blocks off the main road but on a very quiet street. I never heard any noise or neighbors at all. We will 100% be staying here the next time we return to this area.

Lovely Cottage

The cottage is beautiful! We loved our time there. Having laundry facilities is such a bonus with beach towels etc. When we travel to the beach, we cook in most of the time. The cottage only had 2 skillets, one large pot and a questionable stove top. The burners don’t seem to work properly. Also, I reached out to property owners because Hurricane Debby was headed up the coast and I was unsure about zones etc. I never received any response. We are from a land locked state and this was very new for us.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient to downtown

A beautiful home! We enjoyed our 2 night stay and will definitely rebook when visiting Bradenton. Plenty of space for my adult children, a short walk to the riverwalk and downtown area, close to the marina for boating, and a short drive over to Anna Maria Island for shopping and dining. Loved it!

Convenient and charming cottage

We loved staying here while the kids were day campers at IMG. It’s 10-15 minutes from IMG and close to downtown. The inside of the house was immaculate and exactly like the pictures on the listing. It was the perfect size and layout for our crew. The inside was so pretty and spacious, with lots of cozy and hospitable touches. And the kids LOVED the proximity to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice!

Baseball Tournament

We booked this cottage because we were in town for a baseball tournament at IMG. The house was very clean and pretty! The location was very convenient. The boys enjoyed the ping pong table when they were not playing baseball and it was a great place to relax in between games. We also enjoyed walking to the creek to fish and it was ask easy drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved Clover Cottage!

The cottage was perfect for our family of 6. The home was equipped with all the necessary kitchen supplies as well as games, books and activities for our family to enjoy. The home is very beautifully put together and easy to love! We really appreciated the beach items available for us to use on our stay. We spent our days visiting the many beautiful beaches within miles of the cottage!

Our wonderful Bradenton getaway!

From the moment we got out of the car, we were thrilled! The curbside appeal is amazing, when we walked into the house it just took my breath away. The hosts had anticipated our every need, the house was clean, spacious and lovely, lots of light. Very spacious and well laid out. Rich was so attentive without being the least bit intrusive. Just minutes from everywhere but in a tucked in, safe neighborhood. I would recommend this beautiful getaway to anyone. We will definitely be returning!

Extremely clean and well appointed

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Clover Cottage. The house was so clean! Rich responded quickly to questions that we had. Everything that we needed as we went about our stay with four kids was available!

New property close to everything

We went for spring break with our teenage sons. The property was new, clean, well-appointed and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary utensils. We liked being close to the downtown area restaurants though also not too far from the beaches. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Beautiful place, excellent host

This home is beautiful and immaculate. The design and decor are exceptional. Five star quality... And, much attention has been paid to the details... From the dishware, to the towels and toiletries, to the top-of-the- line bicycles, to the lovely front porch... The high-end appliances also stand out. In addition, the home is in a very central location. The host was very responsive, an excellent communicator, and warm and gracious. Without question, we would stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone.
