We had a great stay. The place was so beautiful, roomy and clean. We were planning to come back Feb 2027 but the place was not open for rent. The heated pool was a plus except for the leaves that covered the pool every day. We had to clean it whenever we want to use the pool. Other than that we love to stay at this property and highly recommend it.

This property was beautiful!My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. The home was exactly as advertised and was in the most amazing location close to everything in a very quiet neighborhood.The home is equipped with every possible thing you could need for your vacation. The pool was great although we only used it a couple times due to the colder weather. The only problem was the very large tree beside the pool which drops leaves everywhere including in the pool all day.The neighbours were also so nice and friendly even helping to put out the garbage on garbage days.We will definitely be staying at this property again.Highly recommended.

Our stay was perfect.I was really nervous when I figured out that the exterior door was located in the "kids" room. The house was absolutely perfect though. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Very centrally located. Would suggest packing your own dish soap & trash bags. Maybe a fluke but there were no spare blankets for the trundle bed or the sofa sleeper. Luckily we brought our own but this could be an issue for other renters.Can't wait to book again!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at IMG. This location was great! The interior seemed newly renovated and was really lovely. It’s a small place that has maximized its square footage to provide a great kitchen, ample seating, and 2 bathrooms in the main house. The Casita was cute and adequate for an additional person or couple. The Casita was a touch musty and had a bit of a bug issue but it’s a nicely renovated pool house with kitchenette and bath, so not unexpected. I would bring a bed topper for the queen sleeper sofa to add comfort. The pool was great and leveled up this stay for us. We did feel like they rushed to finish a few of the renovation details and they needed some tweaking but otherwise, a great stay and I would recommend it for 2-3 adults and younger children (bunk beds).

Great Vacation Spot!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and clean! We enjoyed the pool area, and the alarms on all doors leading out to the pool were nice to see since we traveled with young children! The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near Walmart and Publix. The drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island was easy. It was just straight down 64, and the public beach parking was right there! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Very nice stay

This home was in a very nice neighborhood and the home itself was great. We loved using the pool and the amenities and the location were awesome. One thing to note: the pool house had a very musty/mildew smell so much so that we were unable to use it. It was very nice though! We used the grill several times and really recommend it!

Great cozy cottage!

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. We were told there was a beach wagon there which there was not but we still had a great time. It’s nice to be close to the beach but far enough away from the busy tourists and traffic would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy place!

Loved the house. It was super comfy and very clean. The only issue I had was the house was listed for sale. We noticed the sign out front when we arrived. The property manager called us during the middle of our stay and wanted to show the house to a potential buyer. I was really thrown off by this and did not want random strangers going through the house with all our belongings in it. The PM made it sound like we didn’t have an option at first but I refused to allow complete strangers to go through the house while we were staying there. My opinion is, if you have a customer staying on the property, that the there shouldn’t even be an option to show the property. It was very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. Again, that’s my only complaint but it was a big one!

Hidden Gem

Honestly I was a little worried as the listing seemed 'too good to be true'. I was wrong, it was better than expected. The cottage itself was perfect. Modern, clean, bright. The pool was amazing, clean and warm. The kitchen had everything you could want and they even had beach towels and bikes. WiFi was excellent too.Highly recommend and will definitely be back for another stay.WOW 10/10

Perfect little house

My sisters, our father, my baby and sister’s toddler all visited to see my grandmother at nearby Westminster Towers. The house was so charming and clean, we just loved it. The only issue was that there was no extra bedding. It was quite chilly for Florida this time and my little sister was not comfortable at night. Also, my other sister used the trundle in the bunk room so she could sleep near her toddler and there were no pillow cases or sheets. Also, my father had no bedding in the casita. I'm not quite sure what happened but all available beds should have proper sheets, pillow cases, and bedding. And extra bedding in case of those chilly nights.

no privacy

The house is very good for taking pictures. Not for a family that cooks. There are no pots and pans. The oven doesn't work. The dishes smell rotten. We wash what we use by hand. The neighbors are friendly and take care of everything we do. We have no privacy. They use the trash can, which means we have no place for them. They gather around the house and look inside to see what we are doing. No privacy. Paying dearly for no privacy. For a family that doesn't care about what's going on around them and eats pizza, that's fine.

My 12-year-old daughter and I recently stayed at the Laughing Mermaid while she was attending a soccer showcase at IMG. The house is adorable, clean and in a nice neighborhood. The river is just steps away and there are lots of restaurants and stores within a short drive. We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips to IMG. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place

We were visiting from out of state. This house really gave us the “Florida” feel. It was very cute and clean. The only thing we wish it would’ve had was some games or a deck of cards. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great Stay

Very clean, modern and new house that was very accommodating to our stay. Pool was cleaned regularly, bathrooms had packages of shower essentials, laundry pods, dishwater soap ect. Very nice neighborhood and a short walk from the water. I would absolutely love to stay here again! 10/10

Great Christmas Getaway!

We have family in Sarasota and Palm Harbor so this house was in between our destinations. It was a gem in a wonderful neighborhood! Loved the separate apartment for my oldest son and everything was clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous

To say this place was clean is an understatement! Hands down the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! This house is completely updated. We especially loved the open concept living space as well as the adorable pool house! I hope we are back in Bradenton next year- we’ll definitely book this one again!
