Our stay at Casa Bella couldn’t have been better! The property was exactly as described, and Richard was very helpful in suggesting local restaurants to try. We really enjoyed the relaxing water view from the lanai, as well as the close proximity to Anna Maria Island. The condo complex has many walking trails, and the heated pools were a plus! The kitchen was also well supplied with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Richard was an excellent host from the time we arrived with all the info we needed to enter the condo to the check out. He checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was in order and find out if we had any questions. Condo was as pictured, clean, bright and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

Great location - the community had lots of good amenities and was a short drive to the beach. The only negative was the mattresses were super extra firm and not very comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, we did not spend much time in the unit but everything was fine.

The condo was beautiful and smelled great! The beds were so comfortable! I loved that it had a dining area plus a separate breakfast area. I also loved the easy accessibility being a ground floor unit. The ceiling fans in each room helped to keep the temperature comfortable. There was a great selection of tv channels. We used the tennis court, pool, basketball court, and ping pong table-all were in top notch condition, and the clubhouse ladies were incredibly nice. Richard, the host, was great at responding immediately to any questions and offering area suggestions. He also had a very helpful binder in the condo with menus, area brochures, and the checkout procedure. Would love to return!

We recently had our second visit to Casa Bella and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Richard is the best host we’ve ever had on VRBO and a joy to work with throughout the entire process. He’s quick to communicate and accommodating. Casa Bella quickly became our favorite place to stay back in June when we had our first trip there. The home is bright and open, very clean, and has a beautiful view. The location is super close to plenty of activities, beaches, and different styles of food. Overall, we were very pleased with everything and will definitely be back!

This property is in a perfect location. Close to so many stores and restaurants and the drive to Anna Maria beaches wasn’t far at all. Richard was great with communication, checking in on Day 2 with restaurants suggestions! I would definitely rent with Richard again.

We stayed here for an IMG event and it was a wonderful stay. Location is perfect and close to many restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Also, just a short drive to the beach. Richard was an amazing host!

It was a wonderful few days. Our stay at Casa Bella was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect for me and my family, super clean and organized. What made it even more special was the great communication with the host, who was always available to answer any questions. In my opinion, Casa Bella is a 10 out of 10.

Casa Bella was a perfect place! There were 4 of us who went for a quick mini vacation before sending my daughter to college and this place was perfect!! It had everything we wanted and needed! We loved its location!! Everything was super close! The house was just as it was pictured! It was nice, clean and a very relaxing place! And the amenities passes were a fabulous treat! We enjoyed playing pickle ball and games of pool! On a side note you do have to check in at the club house to let them know you have the pass and want to play, but after we figured that out it was super easy and fun!! We will definitely try to stay here again! Richard was a fantastic host! He kept in touch and made sure our stay was always going well!! Looking forward to out next vacation to Bradenton!!

Richard was a super great host! He checked in with us throughout the stay. I enjoyed that very much. Condo is nearby stores and restaurants which is great. The apartment is a little outdated in regards to the kitchen and bathrooms but very clean. Easy access in and out of the unit. The water front view is of the pond which is relaxing to sit outside and listen to the wildlife.I would stay here again!

The place was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The condo had all the necessities and the closet full of beach gear was a plus. There was a very friendly Muscovy duck that waits at the back door wagging his tail every morning. While the pools were beautiful and very nice, there is no jumping in, splashing, or really anything allowed other than sitting. There were quite a few kids out there and the clubhouse attendant had to come out multiple times ask the kids to stop. It may be helpful to mention this if people are planning on bringing children.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. First off, Richard was amazing! He communicated immediately with me after booking and we kept in touch up until the day we checked in. The check in process was so easy. Richard was also available throughout our stay if there were any questions, which made us feel so comfortable. The place itself is beautiful, inside and out. The location was perfect for the areas we wanted to visit. It was very spacious for just my husband, myself, and our young daughter. The screened in back patio was our favorite. We spent a lot of time sitting out there when we were back at the room and relaxing. We’ll definitely be repeat visitors in the future.

Granddaughter’s 8th Grade Graduation

Stayed for our granddaughter’s 8th graduation and to spend a few days with her. Beautiful condo and community. Properly manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Good property

The kitchen wasn’t stock well for cooking. And the kitchen could use upgrading. The was condo was decorated nicely, but the tile needed the grout cleaned. It smelled musty when we arrived. There was a lock on the lanai which I was concerned if there was a fire in the front of the condo, how would we escape?

Great stay at Casa Bella

We enjoyed our stay at Richard's place. The condo had nice amenities on the property as well. We enjoyed playing pickleball, bb, and use of the heated pools. Richard was great with communication and also with suggesting food options. There is a Publix within walking distance which was very convenient!

Very nice and clean condo. Richard was great and very helpful. He gave us a list of nice restaurants in the area and he quickly took care of any questions we had. That was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be staying there again in the future
