We recently had a five-night stay at this property, and it was truly a very enjoyable experience. Firstly, it is a large and well laid out home. It was exceptionally clean, which made all five of us ladies very comfortable straight away. (I was initially a bit wary of renting a home that allowed large dogs, but there was absolutely no visual or olfactory hints of this at all.). This home is very well appointed from the furniture to the dish ware. We did not have any youngsters in our party, but all agreed that this would be a terrific choice for a family with children (and pet(s)). The biggest surprise was the addition in the back yard of a pickle ball court. Two of the ladies play regularly, so this was a very welcome additional amenity. I live locally, and I found the location to be excellent - close to the beach, but out of the traffic associated with it (and out of flood/evacuation zones, which certain times of the year is a consideration), grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Great Place

Everything was great! The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The house is spacious, clean and provides you with everything you need to swim, sleep and cook a great meal! The heated saltwater pool was a fan favorite for the kids. As far as location? you are smack dab in the middle of all the conveniences, close to IMG and only 20 minutes away from a beautiful beach. Would absolutely recommend this place for a family!

Family vacation in July

This was a beautiful home in a great location. The property managers were readily available to assist when the air conditioning unit wasn’t working. They did attempt to fix the issue multiple times and they fixed the problem to where the temperature was somewhat bearable. The Florida heat in July is not the most comfortable. One thing that wasn’t ideal was the temperature of the pool. It was clear that the heater was on even though it was 93 degrees in July. We couldn’t enjoy the pool at all which was very disappointing considering that’s the main reason we rented a house with a pool. Other than that, the house was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and close to the beach.

Great homebase for enjoying the beach on a budget

We had a great stay at this house. It is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the nearby beaches. The beach chairs were a-mazing! Our kids especially loved hanging out in the pool - a great reward after a long day of sightseeing or sitting on the beach. The things you need for cooking/baking are there - would not mind a few other things more suited for baking. I would suggest bringing ziploc bags and Tupperware type items with you if packing for a longer beach day. The home is close to EVERYTHING. We highly suggest Anna Maria Island - especially Coquina Beach. It’s beautiful and great for kids to have fun. It’s a quick drive down to Siesta Key and Sarasota as well. Tampa seemed further away if you are trying to be close to the big city but still accessible if looking to do a day trip. Go to the MOTE Aquarium! The backyard, the pool, the screened in porch - those were the favorites. The bathrooms are not huge but functional and fine for families. The guest bathroom that is shared by the hallway bedrooms is really small. Added touches: slippers to wear inside the house, great beach towels for the pool, plenty of pool toys, beautiful yard, Bluetooth speaker

Perfect for IMG Academy!

We were here for a baseball tournament at IMG and the location could not be better! Took us 5-6 minutes to get there with a Publix in route when we needed it. It was so nice to be able to come back and jump in the pool between games. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and the back yard is very nice.

Clean and great for families with little kids

We enjoyed our short stay with another family with little kids (1,3,3,5 yo). Playset, beach wagon and chairs, beach toys and a heated pool with a fence we could put up around the pool for the little ones. Would stay again!

Beautiful location

So grateful for a beautiful property to host our family. The house was stocked with the essentials trash bags, toilet paper, soaps. Beds were so comfortable! We absolutely love the pool and utilized the beach chairs and accessories. The location is prime to restaurants and shops and only 10-15 minutes to the beach. We loved our stay and do plan to return!

Great for large families

This property is well stocked, easy to take care of, convenient with kiddies, awesome pool and toys, close to beaches, kitchen was stocked wth spices and kiddie plates and bowls. Th e check in and check out processes were great, too! Not long, so quite a pleasant surprise! Rooms were large and beds were comfy!! We would definitely stay here again!!!
