Jenny and Kenny could not have been more welcoming! They are ideal hosts for an ideal house. The communication was perfect – their response time is incredible. The house had everything needed and as advertised, and the amenities made for a perfect house for a group of athletes and parents. Proximity to shops, restaurants, the beach, and sporting venues Make it a perfect location! Highly recommend this beautiful home – we would all stay

Family Spring Break

Large home with open design. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for multi-family. Great pool area. Kids loved the game room. Close to several beaches.

Spring Break

The House was great! Plenty of room for our large family. The bunk room/game room was a great perk for our teens. The large dinning room tables both indoor and outdoor were used for great family meals as well as game night. The lani and pool is were we spent alot of our time it was perfect for warm afternoons and calm evenings. Located close to everything you need

Family Getaway

Safe From The Storm

Our Florida trip was not as planned due to the hurricane. That being said the property was perfect for 10 adults stuck inside/outside together over the course of a week. The pool was great and the games were enjoyed by all. I even renewed my joy of chess.The property was a bit loud with traffic but there was a great deal going on with the storms. We enjoyed being within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping, and the gas station. The owners were extremely responsive to all of our needs. We still enjoyed some home cooked meals and chatting outdoors. Rooms were spread out well. Everything was closed/stopped due to the storms but activities were very close. We are lucky we did ok, and pray for all the families and businesses in the Bradenton area that are dealing with damage. ❤️

Summer Family Vacay Home

The house was beautiful and spacious. We really loved the pool area with plenty of space to play and barbecue. Less than 15min away from all the beaches and also close to supermarkets which was convenient since we cooked the whole week! Lots of games for entertainment and 5 TV’s around the house, so everyone could watch what they wanted..lol Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!!!

Everything and more

The property was as described and very nice. Location was perfect easy to get around to multiple locations. Easy to get to the beaches and other outdoor activities. The pool was great to use. Would highly recommend this location. Jenny was outstanding to work with and was extremely responsive.

Perfect Family Get Away

Our family stayed here during the busy season of spring break -- it had enough rooms for all our family. Our children loved the privacy of the game room with the double bunk beds. The pool area was amazing. Our family enjoyed reading outside in the shaded area, as well as playing games in the yard and swimming. The outdoor table was perfect for family lunch/dinner and also for playing games at night. The house was clean, well kept and had many amenities we did not find in other vacation homes. It was equipped with trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, detergent, etc. The pool toys and beach chairs were an added bonus and great to use. The owners were very kind and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Great Spring Break!

Location was excellent, aside from the occasional traffic noise it was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to host our son’s birthday party with his friends! The beds/mattresses we awesome and so comfortable, and we are picky! Lol The game room was perfect for kids and the heated pool was icing on the cake!! We would definitely stay again!

Will Book Again

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, spacious, and perfect for our adults and kids of all ages. Jenny and Kenny thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and fun. The location was perfect too with quick access to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Stay

Even though me and 2 others did not stay there because we had COVID and could not travel, the others in our group were very impressed with rhe property and tmsaid the house was awesome. The house was in a great location to stores, etc.

Great Bday Getaway

When arrived at the property I was concerned that it was a bit to close to the main road on 64. However for the most part it is very quiet except for like a Saturday night where you hear cars racing. It is a fenced in back yard so you get the feeling of a oasis and the backyard is manicured. There is a hammock which you get a nice breeze. When you walk into the home it was clean. AC temp on Beds/rooms were clean. All the rooms were great and this home had pretty much everything you needed. The space was perfect as everyone had their own room and if we needed our own space we were comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash. There were enough towels, toiletries, coffee. The space was so acommodating for a family of 7/8. The game room is super amazing and a great hang out place. They had plenty of games to play as a family. Also the pool area was perfect after a long day at the beach. The kitchen area had plenty of seating and every amenity needed for the kitchen they had and over abundance. Washer/Dryer is a plus and they provided beach towels which were helpful. Make sure you bring beach chairs or beach accesories as they do not provide that. We had very very small issues and Communication was very good with host. She was very attentive and offered to resolve asap. This place is very relaxing, welcoming very close to all the beaches and I would definitely come back to stay again.
