The house was a great rental, space & set up were awesome with many amenities, unfortunately the only issue was the pool/hot tub heater was not working. I called and the the Management Company was very communicative and sent someone out; unfortunately it was over a weekend and they couldn't get an Electrician there till Monday (after our stay). Appreciate all the updates along the way and understanding that we could not use the pool/hot tub......I would rent this house again when in the area.

House was clean. Well stocked with everything you would need to cook, go to the beach, and enjoy the pool. Great set up for multiple families to have their own privacy with the house layout. We enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

This house was an absolute gem! Super clean, beautifully set up, and in a perfect location — close to everything from grocery stores to emergency snack runs (which, if you have kids, you know is critical). The host was awesome and incredibly responsive — replies came faster than my kids racing to claim the top bunk.Speaking of the kids, they loved the pool, the pool table, and especially the Pac-man game. I’m not saying they tried to set up permanent residency in by the pool table and Pac-man game, but we may or may not have had to negotiate screen time with pizza bribes.The only hiccup during our stay was the trash situation — the bins were full when we arrived. Totally understand that trash day is a thing, and we don’t mind wheeling them down, but it would've been nice to start the trip with a clean slate (and clean cans). Still, it wasn’t a dealbreaker — just a minor wrinkle in an otherwise fantastic stay.All in all, this place was great for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again (especially if the aPac-man machine survives my kids).

Best Family Vacation

House is exactly as listed. Rental company was very helpful and the check in and out process was superb. We had a very hot week and enjoyed many hours in the very clean pool and spa. The beach during week days was pretty empty it was like having the whole beach to ourselves. The house itself have everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast for our group of 7. I would recommend this house and rental company to anyone coming to this area. We plan to make this our annual family event.

Wonderful Home

Perfect home for family vacation! Very clean, lots of space inside and outside to enjoy. The layout works really well especially for a larger group. Great communication, I lost my entry code and when I called resolved in less than 3 minutes.

Great space for families

Overall, we had a good stay in this home. We had asked for the pool to be heated and it took about 2 1/2 days into our stay for that to be turned on. We also had trouble with the hot tub. It was freezing cold for about 2 1/2 days as well, but once the hot tub was working it was great! The house wasn't as clean as we hoped and the toilet that was connected to the pool area really didn't work very well. The AC shut off on us a couple of times even though we kept it at the required temperature the whole time. The bunk rooms worked great for the kids and they really enjoyed the pool and billiards table. The extra items for the beach were awesome and we utilized them a lot.

Absolutely AMAZING!

By far this is the nicest home we have ever booked. Our group was a mixed age group of three separate families, who were are all related to each other. We rented this home for a family member’s wedding and stayed for five nights. Our group was three seniors, two young adults and a child. Each of the three families had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The mutual space was roomy allowing for lots of group and private conversations, playing pool, swimming, sitting on the deck, and even sitting around the outdoor fire pit. The home’s amenities exceeded our expectations offering board games, swimming, hot tub, pool table, and everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were ample towels, wash cloths, extra pillows, lots of beach and pool towels, and extra blankets. The towels were thick and high quality and all linens were very nice. The washer and dryer and automatic ice maker came in very handy. We will rent this home again as we loved our stay. The management team was very attentive and checked in with us multiple times to assure we were content and all of our needs were being met. Don’t miss this one….it will blow you away and exceed your expectations. The pics and description don’t do this place justice. You really need to see this home to believe it. Book it, you won’t regret it! 😉

September getaway

We had a great time staying here and would definitely stay here again. We loved the pool! A table lamp would be nice in all rooms. A new garbage can would be nice too. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay.
