Friend Reunion

We our locals but needed a place to house us and our good friends that came to visit from St. Louis that included 3 adults and 5 children 9 and under. So TTL of 10 and this house was perfect. Bedrooms set up was great, house was very well stocked and was very clean and it was in the best location to the Marauders game, beach, and putt/putt. We got great use of the pool and there was plenty of toys/ chairs to use on the beach. Would definitely rent again when a big house is needed. Loved it!!!!

Excellent Choice for our Family!

We were in Florida for a funeral, and had family coming from all over the US. This property was centrally located for us, spacious, super clean, well appointed, and the pool spa and spacious outdoor area was perfect for all ages. Close to AMI, restaurants, grocery, and the neighborhood was safe and very quiet. We would stay here again when in Florida!

This property was amazing! It had everything we needed. The owner was so timely in her responses when we had questions or needed anything. One of our family members is a wheel chair user and they took off doors we needed for wider access. Would recommend 10/10!

Everything You Could Want!

Truly the best stocked house we have ever rented! The pool was lovely and you can be at the beach within 15 minutes, we liked coquina and Cortez, and there are some good restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like using the well stocked kitchen.

Family Wedding

We stayed at this property for a family wedding and absolutely loved our time there! The house was well maintained and had all of the essentials! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to wind down at the house after a day of exploring and spending time with family. The pool and hot tub were definitely a hit! We would definitely consider staying here again whenever we find ourselves back in town.

Really Good Stay

We loved this property: great location, nice and convenient area. Easy access to all attractions and retail parks. It was a pleasure to find everything necessary for our stay, so all we needed to do was purchase food. Every comfort is here, good internet, lovely pool, excellent kitchen, comfortable beds, fantastic aircon. Our host, Christy, could not have been more helpful. All in all, a great vacation and the hurricane Idalia missed us.

Loved the pool!

We booked for a 50th anniversary trip for my parents and the family. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was well stocked, we utilized the beach stuff and games. But our favorite was the pool and hot tub and outdoor dining. Everything was thought of by the host and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

Family Wedding - long weekend

My husband and I, along with our adult children/spouses, spent 4 nights. We were in town for a family wedding on Anna Maria Island. This location was convenient to shopping, food, and beaches. The house was clean, well maintained and had a ton of amenities. We squeezed in 2 trips to the beach and it was so nice there were beach chairs, beach cart, beach towels and cooler that we could use. We also used the pool quite a bit. Our stay was short but very enjoyable.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool and hot tub and game room kept everyone will entertained, everything was very comfortable, and it was close to lots of beaches and fun things to do. The hosts were responsive when we needed them, and even though there was red tide in the area they helped us find places that weren't as affected.

Great stay!

Stayed for a soccer tournament at the IMG Academy so the location being less then 15 min away was ideal. Very close to Bradenton beach as well! Home was very clean and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our host Christy was very attentive!

Great vacation home

I cant say enough great stuff about this property. My husband and I stayed here for a month (Feb), with family and friends coming and going. The property is exactly as the listing describes. The kitchen is outstanding. Has all the utensils, cookware, dinner ware, etc. we could need, plus, the appliances are way above what is expected in a vacation rental (Double Oven, Induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher). Everything was clean and decorated in a charming coastal theme. Laundry room is stocked with extra bed linens and the hall closest is filled with towels, including enough beach towels for everyone. The layout is perfect for families with kids/teens, it has lots of nooks, and hangouts areas and game room in garage. Not a negative...just an alert, the set up is not quite as great for multiple adult guests, as two of the bedrooms are more kid sized. Twin beds in Twin Room were too short for my adult guests. The pool/hot tub and deck area is wonderful, private and screened in. The pools maintenance people came in a couple times a week and kept the water sparkling clean and running smoothly. We especially loved the covered patio. It has a perfect bbq set up with a prep station and large 8 person patio table. Ceiling fans and lights made it perfect for day and night. I think we ate every meal there and played cards and games every night. The house is in a residential neighborhood about 6 or 8 blocks from the main street (Manatee Ave) that connects to almost everything in Bradenton area. There are several grocery stores and pretty much every restaurant you can imagine within a couple of miles. Also, many beaches to choose from all within about a 15 minute drive. Some beach areas are crowded and parking is somewhat difficult so we used UBER to Anna Maria Island one afternoon and the cost was about $25. Property owner has thought of everything, including having someone take the trash cans to the curb for pick up. Christy was great to work with both prior to booking (extended stay with dog) and during the stay. We have stayed in many vacation properties, this was by far the best. Thanks Christy

Pool and hot tub were awesome!

We stayed at this property with 12 of us across 3 generations. The kitchen was large and well-supplied. The garage/game room was a lot of fun. The best part was the pool/hot tub. It was a just fantastic! The short drive to the beach, with easy parking was great!

Great home for family vacation

We had a great time at this home. We heated the pool and the kids spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was in a great location for our adventures out to Anna Maria Island, Mote Aquarium. Bishop Science Museum and mini golf. The doors to the pool had an alarm, helpful to have with a toddler. Wonderful stay!

Nice and relaxing stay with plenty of room

Our stay was nice and relaxing. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. We were able to cook dinner for everyone and the property is close to everything you could need. The residents walk the neighborhood frequently making things feel safe. The acoustics in the house are not great, making everything very easy to hear throughout the house inside and outside. But other than that things were just what we needed. Christy was even kind enough to accommodate a special need we had. She was quick to address questions/issues throught the stay which was very helpful. Plenty of room in the kitchen/family room/pool area.

Wonderful Experience
