Sweet Beach Escape

The house is in a great location, and plenty of space to sit back and relax. The family enjoyed the pool and hanging out side. Only issues we saw were the outdoor furniture was broken, we did let them know and it wasn’t a bother to us. The master bath tub leaked, there was a hole in the wall in a back bedroom, and quite a few poop stains on the carpet from previous pets staying in the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Best beds outside of home. Lots of entertainment. The boys loved the pool table and tv outside. Overall it’s a wonderful home.

Great family getaway

Beautiful house

This house is very spacious and clean. We loved the pool area and spent most of our time there. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short drive to grocery right around the corner. Depending on which beach you go to it’s a 10-20 minute drive which isn’t bad at all. We don’t want to leave here, but sadly it’s time to check out as I write this review.

80% happy 20% disappointed

Missing a few appliances in the kitchen, the property was amazing but definitely needs to be more upkept. Broken bar stools, scuffed walls, hole in the wall in one room, Some doors didn't securely lock. All in all the management company needs to be more detailed with maintenance issues. House keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning inside the cabinets especially in the kitchen. Aside from that we really enjoyed being at the property.

Wonderful family home

The home was in a great location and very nice neighborhood. W honestly didn’t need to leave the house if it wasn’t for the beautiful beaches nearby. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor space!

Great place to stay

Property was very clean and nice. Location was great. We had everything that we needed. Pool was an extra bonus. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Spent most of our time when we were at the property outside. The boys enjoyed playing pool too. Will stay here again!

Fantastic time!

My husband planned a weekend getaway for my birthday. It was so relaxing. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Master bedroom is spacious and is in a private area of the house away from everything. The outdoor area was wonderful. There are extra beach chairs and lounge chairs in the garage. We had a great timing sun bathing and swimming. The house is tucked away in a nice suburb but is still close to everything. My one recommendation would to be to have white linens on all beds. It adds hotel-like bedding cleanliness. Overall, beautiful house and we would stay there again.

Close to everything

Very clean very nice home. Had everything you would need. All cooking utensils,pool toys, pool table. Coffee pot. Lots of towels and beach towels. We would stay here again. I would buy it if it was for sale😎

Lovely home and great location overall, but some issues were apparent

Great and timely communication with the property manager. Overall a lovely home and great location, but home needs some attention. By far the worst issue was a large urine stain left uncleaned and untreated on the pull-out trundle bed. Totally gross and my guest slept on the couch because of it. Several lights not working and no lights on the lanai! Had to buy string lights to light up the area. Parts of kitchen were dirty. Great room fan and light were on when we arrived and no way to control them... assume a remote control fob on wall was controller, but no batteries. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom were supplied, not enough for 8 people staying 6 days, 5 nights. Again, overall stay was lovely but the negative issues put a slight damper on our stay.

Misleading Pictures

I was between three or four stars decided on three, beware the pictures of this property are only the updated areas. This house was built in 87 and a lot of areas are orginal, doors do not lock, slight sewer gas smell by the pool, overall house was pretty clean but not spotless by any means. The sitting area outside by the pool is VERY used, cushions are flat and had mold on them. Brandenton was a little far away from things for my family, good house with good layout needs some serious TLC and fine tune the details.

Bradenton beauty

The house certainly has all the supplies you need for a family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. House is spacious and adorable. Pool is not heated but we enjoyed floating around in rafts in the sun. We cleaned the pool deck when we arrived as it was muddy for some reason. Outdoor television on patio was a family favorite. The grill was in need of a deep clean but we made it work. General areas of house were clean but we had trouble with the dryer as it was extremely loud. Pool table was also a lot of fun for all!

Great Stay and Communication

Place was as described, clean, check in and out were great, they even allowed us an extra hour because we got held up in traffic. Owner was very responsive and helpful before and during trip, and the location was great, near our soccer tournament at IMG. Highly recommend!

Nice vacation home

Beds were super comfy. Pool area was amazing. Nice to have a bathroom entrance from the pool area. Kitchen is nice but could use more pots and pans, crockpot would be nice.
