Beach wedding stay

We had the best time. The villa was in a great location for food, shopping and beach. Excellent hosts. Just all around good experience. We would stay here again.

Nice for Large Gathering

A lot to do with two pools, billiard table, arcade games and lawn games. Nice long table for dinners together.

Wonderful Experience

From start to finish, our experience with this property was perfect. Managers (John & Christina) were very responsive to my questions and the property lived up to everything as described. I've rented MANY times from VRBO - but this one was the cleanest yet. Another plus for my family of 'cookers' was the pans and utensils provided in the 2 kitchens - all were in great shape and good quality. My family of 14 enjoyed all the amenities offered with this property. The game room, outside putting range, pools, and pickleball court kept all the kids (ages 13-23) very entertained while we were at the house. Drive to the beaches, shops, and restaurants was super easy. Close proximity to grocery store, liquor store, and golf courses made for a super relaxing vacation. Thanks for a great experience.

Fabulous family holiday trip!

We enjoyed this stay so much! There were 13 of us in all and we felt very comfortable in the space. We flew in to both airports and the drive was pretty simple from both. Having 2 kitchens with that many people and smaller family units was ideal. The pool and hottub were a huge plus and enjoyed by all. The outdoor seating area was perfect for meals and games. The TV outside added some entertainment for music or some big football games. The short walk to the beach was convenient and the wagon, sand toys and chairs made our time their so fun and relaxing. I highly recommend this property for a bigger group. Communication with the host from booking to check out was easy and seamless.

Stay in Bradenton

We had an amazing trip down in Florida. John was extremely responsive throughout our stay, and considering the extreme circumstances we dealt with due to hurricane helene John made sure we were all safe and even helped move us to another property to ensure we had a place to stay without much of a hiccup to our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and anybody looking for a nice relaxing vacation in Florida at a great house to accommodate a large group would be lucky to stay here!

Large family getaway!

This rental exceeded our expectations. It provided everything that we needed. We had 11 people with 2 toddlers. The weather was in the low 70s but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool. The villas were fully equipped for the toddlers with two high chairs, two strollers and two travel cribs (one set in each villa). They had plenty of beach gear for us to use as well as beach toys for the kids. The pool house/ game house was an adults dream! Highly recommend this rental for families with kids and larger groups. We will rent these villas again in the future!

Amazing House and Welcoming Host

The house was clean and perfect for our family. The game room and pools were perfect and the dual homes gave room for privacy if needed. The host communicated efficiently and respectfully! Would stay here again if we return to Bradenton!

Excellent pair just like the pictures

Stayed here this past week with both rented units for a get together of about 10 adults. Property is clean and very well equipped. Units are well represented in the pictures. Owners were communicative and easy to deal with. Pool systems are very well setup and you wake up to clean waters every morning. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful! Loved our stay!

We rented both sides of this property for our family Christmas gathering…and we had a great time. Close to the beach and other amenities. Beautifully furnished and well-stocked. Highly recommend!

This place is perfect!

We had a large group of 14 comprised of family and friends of various ages. This facility accommodated us perfectly. I’ve seen other reviews prior to our stay that talked about everything being thought of and it’s 100% true. The owners thought of everything. Great location in a fully functional home that addresses all your needs with owners that couldn’t be more accommodating. I’m planning the same trip next year and this is where we’ll be staying. Beautiful house, great stay!!

The property owners have thought of everything! Not only is this home spotless, anything you could think of that you need….it’s there! Kitchen is fully functional and everything you need to cook or grill is there for you. We rented both homes for our large group. A 5 star rating is not high enough. Throughout the stay the owners texted us to be sure everything was good. This home is right before the bridge to get to Anna Maria island. Perfect location!

Amazing Rental

We were amazed the moment we pulled up to our rental. The property is well kept and maintained. Nothing out of place and no complaints from anyone from our 14 person group. Owners supplied everything you would possibly need from kitchen items to beach and pool toys. We spent most of the time in the game room. So much fun. Will definitely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks John and Chrissy!
