Great place to stay

We loved everything about the condo, amenities and location to the beach. The property was so clean and came with everything your family needs for the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend a family to stay here or friends!

Attended Family Wedding - Party of 5

Easily the best place our whole family, all 5 of us have stayed no matter what age from infant to elderly, disabled or at your best. This place has everything we could ever need or want within a 10 min walk or less.But honestly we will stay again just to stay only on Sea Grape compound.It was unbelievable amazing in every way possible.Couldn't ask for more.A 10 out of 10 Rating in our eyes.

Great Rental

This property is a great location to the beach and local restaurants. We have been coming to the Bradenton Beach Club for over 7 years and love it! This rental had a closet with a wagon and 8 beach chairs which was so nice for us to use. The king bed was very comfortable.

Spring Break stay

The condo was perfect! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the beach chairs provided for us were a big help. Our kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub in the evening. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Location

Nice location if you want to be close to the restaurants and bars on Bridge St. There is a short walk across the street to the beach and the available beach chairs and umbrellas was appreciated.

Great spring break stay

My husband and I took our daughter and her 3 kids here for spring break, 2022. The condo layout was perfect for us - a room for us, one for her and the bunk room for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, condo was clean and well maintained, screened porch was nice, beds were comfortable, washer and dryer convenient, lots of beach towels provided and the walk to the bay with a swing at the end of the path was an unexpected lovely surprise. Being spring break, the beach was crowded but is wide enough that there was plenty of room for everyone and even free beach chairs available if you got there early enough. One morning, a school of dolphins swam right up to the edge of the beach where the kids were playing - definitely a highlight of the trip! The pool was close to the condo and never very crowded. We had a very delayed flight into Sarasota on Saturday night, arriving at 4 a.m., and as a result had no rental car for the week (will not be using Hertz again) but managed by taking the trolley to the grocery and walking to restaurants nearby until we could rent a car through Turo for a couple of days. The weather turned out better than expected and the week ended up being even more fun than expected except for the car fiasco. The only other downside besides the car was the traffic getting across the street to the beach. The walk to the beach is short and easy, but again being spring break, the traffic was heavy and did not always stop to let us across for a few minutes. A crosswalk would have been nice there but we just made sure we had the kids by the hand and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. The kids never once complained about the walk or waiting to cross. All in all, it was a great condo and a great trip and we would stay at BBC again!
