The condo is just across the street from the beach, Trolly was just a short walk. Very well stocked with kitchen. The owner was very helpful with quick responses.

Great Spot

This is a perfect spot for a small family. The property owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The property was a 2 bedroom 1 bath with plenty of space. The availability of beach supplies was perfect. The walk to the beach was very short. The pool was perfect and clean. Neighbors were very friendly. Close to many restaurants and shops. Had no problems at all. The beach was beautiful and we were able to find several sharks teeth. Great place and highly recommend.

Perfect spot right at the beach

We loved our stay here. It was clean, well decorated and had great amenities. The beach chairs were much appreciated. It was such a short walk to the beach, and it was quiet. Would definitely recommend and return again in the future.

Great condo

The 2 bedroom condo had everything and more that you needed! It’s a block to the beach. We didn’t have a car and walked everywhere. Holmes Beach is a mile walk north. There is a Publix, Walgreens, Dunkin’ Donuts and other stores in the strip mall. Bradenton Beach downtown is about a mile south. Good restaurants and a cute little town.. The beach is a good walking beach! We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our time here. Easy access to the beach. Very clean home with everything you need. Also convenient to both ends of the island. Our host was also very quick to respond to messages and very helpful with our stay. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation

This condo is the perfect place to have a family vacation the location was so close to the beach . Anna Maria Island was a dream . Would definitely stay again ! Hosts were so easy to communicate they had everything sent from us I never had to reach out with any questions because they were so thorough . Can’t wait to plan another trip !

A much needed break

The Condo was very spacious, it was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen ware to everything for the beach. The place was Decorated very well. Veronique the host gave all the information we needed to have stress free stay.I would highly recommend this place!!

Great Stay

The place has a great location just a block from the beach and 3 min walk to trolley stop and a quick walk to the Smoquehouse (best food we had on the island). The place was very clean and the pool for the place was very nice that has showers and hoses for the sand after the beach. Their place also has plenty of stuff for the beach like a cart, chairs, sand toys and an umbrella. The umbrella is smaller and typically could fit 2-3 people in the shade it creates but it did the trick. Great price and great location. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

Home away from home

My family of 4 had an amazing trip. The property was super close to the beach and had everything we needed ( beach towels, chairs, toys, etc). The unit was clean, beds comfy and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and great location

The location was awesome! Only a block from the beach and it was a less busy beach spot. Easy to get to trolley stops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The property manager was very quick and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

My family of 3 (me, spouse, and 2 y.o. son) had a great time on AMI. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were very much appreciative to have a beach wagon, umbrella, beach toys, and chairs. The beach is a short one one block walk from the condo. Parking at the condo was not a problem. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay

We had such a wonderful time. Loved our home away from home. Great to have a kitchen to make our own meals. We also loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Kids loved having their own space and own beds and didn’t have to share a Queen. The best was being able to walk a short walk to the beach!! We would move to come back and stay at this same place. We had a few minor issues but the owner of the unit was very responsive and helped right away.

Great Location

The unit was in a great location with a short walk to the beach. It was as advertised and had everything we needed. Veronique was very responsive as well. This is out of the owners control, but there was a very unpleasant unit owner by the name of Sue that apparently is miserable doesn’t like to be in the presence of children. She was calling my children names and even pushed one of my 5 year olds away from her in the pool. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of her behavior. She made it very awkward and uncomfortable for us.
