This was our second year booking this property. Everything here is clean and well kept. The location is perfect for a quick walk to several fine places to eat or a quick drive to some of the best food on the island. Good neighborhood and well patrolled. In fact, we love the ability to relax here and not worry about our accommodations so much that we have already booked next year. Shirley is alway very responsive for any questions or issues.

Amazing location.

This is our 2nd year staying here. The condo is clean, has everything you need, covered parking, secure access. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, just steps across the street to Bridge Street. We may or may not have walked to Fudge Factory every night. :)

We stayed here one week in 5/24. Location is fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay. We walked to many restaurants and shops, and enjoyed the beach every day. there are a few housekeeping items to mention: The washing machine hatch is tough to lock in place and unlock. Moreover, 2 t shirts were ruined with a rust stain and no matter what I used to get rid of the stain, I had to throw them out. The stove was dirty. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit in, the cushions are very thin. The beach umbrella is still broken -this was mentioned by a visitor in March- and cannot be used. Suggest you bring your own. We put it back in storage locker instead of throwing it out (because it was not ours). The unit is just above the swimming pool. So if there are small children using the pool you will definitely hear them. Overall, We would rent here again.

Good stay overall

We enjoyed our stay. The furniture could use some upgrades but very clean place. The only issue would be its right next to the moose lodge that plays music at night, but luckily they have to get quiet by 10pm. Busy area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants.

This was our third time staying at Shirley's condo. It is an ideal location, love it here and will be back again. Condo needs some updating though. This year disappointed in the beach items in the storage unit. They are clearly things people have left. There was not even a usable umbrella. We had to rent one for the week.

We enjoyed the view. The furniture is dated and the couches are uncomfortable. AC was great every where except the bedrooms cold air was not coming out of the vents. With that it was great the pool the veiwetc.

Awesome Beach Location

We spent our mornings on the screened lanai and afternoons on the beach and pool. Everything is a few steps away. There are many walkable restaurants. We saw a beautiful sunset each evening. Shirley is a great communicator and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10 for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location

My family had a great stay at this condo!! We were on the beach and the location made it walkable to many restaurants! Shirley also provided many extras for us like beach toys and towels! The pool was usually empty so we had it to ourselves most of the time! We had pool toys and a cooler (provided again by Shirley). Which definitely added to our experience! We will be back in the future!! We love AMI and the locals are very nice and knowledgeable of the island!!

Great Week!

Great location! We loved being so close to Bridge Street. We could walk to restaurants and shops. We rented bikes for the week, which were fun to ride in the morning and evening. There is a path right after Bridge Street to ride along. The air conditioner wasn’t working correctly when we got there, but an emergency call got put in by Shirley and it got fixed that evening. The beach is beautiful, and our daughter loved the pool!
