The property itself was not bad at all. We were not able to stay at this location because the door had been busted by the previous renters and we were not informed! Our first evening, night and morning we weren't able to even leave the condo because we couldn't lock the door. We missed dinner with family for the same reason. We made several phone calls and got nothing but confusion and run around. Nobody seemed to be able to help us. The following morning we decided to risk leaving the property and driving to the local Vacasa office down the street. Although they were not yet open we sat and waited while I was on the phone with Vacasa. PJ (the maintenance supervisor) arrived and when I explained the situation she did everything she could to get us into a new condo at a different site. She was very polite, pleasant and professional. She told us to go on over to the new location and if we had any problems please call her. She really made us feel like we mattered, which is something we didn't get from talking to anyone on the phone. I even sent pics via email but was told that they didn't know what we were talking about (even though they said they could see the pics). Needless to say, our first day of our vacation was completely ruined. We drove 15 hours to get there to a condo we couldn't leave. I was there with my sister who is disabled and my nephew who has special needs. It was not easy having to pack everything back into the car to move to a new condo.
