Great location!

A short walk to the beach. This is a corner unit next to the pool. The inside is nice, small bathroom but worked fine for three of us staying there.

Everything we needed

Great property walking distance to the beach. Child friendly with all essentials we needed for a week stay. Very clean! The pool was a great addition but could have been cleaned a little better by management. My family would stay here again!

Very cute and quaint

This property had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and a block walk from the beach! We met other regulars at the community pool and everyone was very friendly! We loved it and definitely hope to return!

Over all it was nice room beds were to hard & to much decoration didn’t have room put my stuff on dresser or end tables. Very cheap toilet paper.

AMI Vacation

This cute condo features everything you need for a nice vacation. When you first walk in you will easily notice the adorable beachy decor and poolside view. Things we loved: -Lots of pillows, linens, pull out couch for children, pool/beach toys, extra pool towels, decor, washer/dryer, and everything you need in the kitchen, a big pool, and easy to find Wi-Fi/check in/out instructions. This property is a quick walk to the beach and close to everything. Things that could be better: -Beware of Sue in Unit 2!! I’m not sure if she takes care of other units, but she was incredibly rude to my husband and children and said some awful things to them. She didn’t like the pool toys or that we spent time in the evenings there. We were respectful of everyone there and were completely taken aback by her behavior. It made our whole stay uncomfortable. While we enjoyed this condo, she would definitely deter us from returning 😢. -As with most VRBOs, make sure to bring your toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. We spent lots of time in the beach, checking out the local shops and attractions, and enjoyed our trip overall. Happy vacationing!!

Wonderful Condo

The location of this property is perfect! A 2 minute walk to the beach. A short ride to Bridge Street and Gulf Drive Cafe! The Condo was Super Clean and perfect for our stay!! We will be back!

Great location!

We had a lovely time at this rental, and it was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only thing I would suggest would be better mattresses and definitely better pillows. Also a full size coffee maker in the kitchen would have been nice. Overall great stay and would book again.

Property was very nice, with good location to beach.

We loved the condo. It was decorated cute and had many updates. The beds were not great, but sufficient. However, Sue, the property manager was rude . She was in the pool every day, drinking alcohol and making rude statements about police officers and men with “farmers tans”. She also kicked my 7 year old granddaughter out of the pool stating that she pooped in the pool. That absolutely did not happen. This was difficult for our family as my granddaughter loves to swim. The property I would recommend, but the interaction with Sue, was unacceptable.

We loved Anna Maria Island

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect- a very very short walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. The property was very nice. Only a few minor things we noted- with the property being on the second floor corner, my husband was exhausted after carrying all of our luggage up and down the stairs; the coffee maker was small but functioning; and the shower mat didn’t work/stick which was a challenge for showering a 3 year old. Minor things. The booking process and check in/out was extremely easy and seem less. Overall we loved our time at Anna Maria- looking forward to coming back!

Great place!

We stayed here for a month over the 2021 summer with three young kids and it was fantastic. Pool was always clean and 5 min walk to beach. Very well stocked, centrally located, easy to get ahold of management. Tons of beach stuff available and we didn’t have to buy anything, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Cute little condo close to the beach!It is within walking distance to the trolley so there was no need to rent a car.Love how the place was filled with cute beach decor. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Condo was really cute & great location. They should consider a new cleaning company

The condo was just as it’s pictured. Kitchen was stocked appropriately. They also provide a cooler, beach chairs etc. (beach chairs were beat & 1 of them broke). The beds were made but the sheets were not changed. They were stained & had sand in them. Made us wonder what else wasn’t cleaned, especially during COVID. The inner door frame was broken which we kept tripping over. Not sure we will rent from Wagner Realty again. We should at least have gotten our cleaning fee back. Also bring some toilet paper. They are really stingy with it. The owner of the condo did not reach out to us at all.

A Jewel on the beach...well, a few steps away

Being the third time we visited Anna Maria for the new year, this time we found a very nice and well-decorated apartment to stay. Everything you need to spend great days just a few steps from the beach. The only detail is that the company in charge must solve "who answers" their emergency number (an event at our arrived that was happily resolved for Mrs. Lisa/Agent)
