The room itself was very nice with great view of the gulf beach from our balcony.The problem was the heavy construction that was being done on the building. We were never informed about it, the elevator was closed most of the week. The noise started at 7:30 am every morning, tools and debris were left laying all over the walkways and stairs. Entry code doorway was blocked off, so we had to find another resident to use their passkey so that we could get to our room.

The condo is beautiful and has an awesome gulf view. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable mattresses. Our only negative was the master bathroom toilet was way too close to the shower leaving very little elbow room. The community pool is well cared for and heated to a nice temperature for January. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping and is very close to trolley stops. We would stay here again.

The unit is ocean front and a great view! Was beautiful! The pictures on the site do not do the condo justice as the place is fantastic! Only issue and the reason I gave a good rating instead of excellent is due to the work on the roof that started at 7am and lasted all day. Stayed 6 days and the construction was during 4 of them. Also the workers cut the ac line and we were w/o ac for a bit. This was out of the owners control.

The Condo was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for two couples. The ocean front location was perfect with amazing views and trolley stop right out front of the property. The Elevator was still out but was not an issue for us. The property and pool area was extremely maintained and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. Checkin / checkout process was easy with great communication from rental company with code access given prior to arrival.

A lovely time was had by all. Endless Summer was a very nice, beautiful, airy, clean, and accommodating property. The facilities and property, including the pool and hot tub were kept very well. We would recommend this property. I would happily stay there again.

Gorgeous beach views

Although the elevator was out of service due to the hurricane, the facility has had lots of work done to it to get it back in operation. The pool was open the week before we got there.The grounds have had all of the trees and bushes removed, but they will get replanted. I am confident.You can tell they take pride in the property and it will be wonderful again soon.It was everything we needed for our vacation and we really enjoyed our stay.

Endless Summer Rental

Pros: Excellent property with great beach access and views. Bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all immaculately clean. Great layout for two couples or a family with private baths in each bedroom. Good price and value. We would rent it again.Elevator was out of service but stairs to third floor were no problem for fit 60-year-olds.Cons: Minimum of a mile walk to nearest desired restaurants and entertainment either direction along the beach or busy street. Basic amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. were either not provided or of the lowest quality and quantity. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and appreciated but in poor condition.

Amazing Anna Maria Island

We had a great Spring Break week on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. It was sad to see the remains of the devastation from the hurricanes but it did not stop people from visiting. The condo was in a very friendly complex and close to shopping and great restaurants, not to mention, it was so close to The Gulf that it almost felt like we could reach out and touch the water. Unfortunately, the pool and elevator were not restored yet but the crews were working hard to get them and the grounds back to normal. We will definitely be returning for our next visit.

Fantastic location

The location of this condo was perfect. The beach was not packed like other rentals we have stayed at on the island. The views were perfect to wake up to and to watch the sunset. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!

The condo was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and location was exactly as it was listed close to restaurants and grocery stores. The management was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Look forward to coming again!

Wonderful accommodations, updated, clean steps to the beach. Beautiful weather. Great unique places (Ugly Grouper)to eat and world class ice cream at the (Holy Cow).Amazing sunsets!
