Great view and location.For what we paid, I would have expected the following items to be addressed.The refrigerator needs to be replaced, the freezer shelves are rusted, the exterior of the fridge on the side looks rusted.The sliding glass door was dirty and would not lock.The patio furniture and both ceiling fan blades were dirty.The left nightstand drawer knobs are loose.

Great location not so great room

Location of condo is awesome. The condo itself has a loud air conditioning unit that is not big enough to cool the unit properly. The floor was filthy. After getting out of the shower and walking around on the floor our feet were filthy. We Had to rewash our feet before getting into bed.

Great Location

The location was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen with exception to the refrigerator so I can't speak to any of those amenities. The shower head was a bit odd but it worked. The only downside was the instructions for leaving regarding linens. It was confusing what was to be done, but that could just be how I interpreted it. It was a bit warm with the air remaining at 78 but the fans were very helpful it making it comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great little place

This place was just big enough for my family. We loved how the walk to the beach wasn't far, the pool was never overly crowded and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We packed beach towels and our beach chairs because what I read said there were none but, there are both. Just drag the chairs to the beach and bring them back. Overall a great place to stay while on AMI.

OK, but overpriced!

Property manager was great at communication. Bathroom mirror dirty upon our arrival and toilet seat is cracked. Bed and linens were nice. Swimming pool completely green when we arrived but was clear by the next day. This is an ok rental but I feel it is overpriced. I stayed at a different AMI property last month that was just a little more per night but was nicely updated, clean and very pleasant.

The location is outstanding, beautiful beach as was the luggage rack, elevator, and amenities in the unit. The negative is the shower barely worked, and the pool was green with mustard allergy making it almost useable.

Short Relaxing Stay

Although my stay was very short (1 day), we definitely took advantage of the view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing and the breeze blowing. Studio is roomy and well maintained, but could use a little better cleaning. It wasn't bad, just think some little things need some attention.

Location and view were truly awesome! Sunset on balcony also awesome!

Awesome location and beach/sunset view! Only negatives: a) instructions for thermostat said do not go below 75 degrees (not low enough to eliminate humidity), and b) no dishwasher.

We plan on rebooking!

The studio is perfect for a couple right on the beach! We were steps away from putting our toes in the sand. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes away by shuttle or car. We walked down the beach to Kokonuts for breakfast. It is conveniently located near a Publix store. We are planning to rebook next year!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay. The unit was clean, and everything was as pictured. The view from the balcony was the best! We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that we did not like is the area rug on the balcony. It was soaked when we got there and stayed soaked during our whole stay.

very good but could be great

Had a great time .... a great view but for the cost I was a little disappointed that we were limited to 1 and 3/4 roll of toilet paper...one trash bag...and one small piece of soap. Now granted, all of this could be purchased but we only need ONE more of each....seemed a little too frugal despite the cost. But We would recommend it and just advise people to plan accordingly.

Nice view quiet location

Everything was great with the following exceptions. - tub would not drain properly - dishes put away dirty. Not just a little dirty, very dirty with food on plates and pans, residue in cups and glasses. - shower curtain was moldy at bottom. Probably because tub does not drain. - one night water came under wall from neighbors wall. Not sure if it was from them flooding bathroom or if there is a leak somewhere in building.

The location is awesome! Right in front of the ocean. Chairs are provided, the kitchenette has the basics, beds are comfy, and the management was nice.

Definitely a fantastic location and beach views were spectacular! Building is older but we knew that going in and unit was completely fine! We would definitely stay here again! Heated pool would be nice this time of year but not a deal breaker!

Pleasant small apartment with great view

Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The management company was very responsive and accommodating in dealing with a heating/AC problem. Overall, a very nice and convenient place to stay.
