The room was not cleaned (it was filthy)… had to have a cleaning service come in and clean the unit… I was not able to have access to the property until 8:30that evening. I have not been properly reimbursed for my inconvenience and loss of use! This was my first VRBO experience… I don’t think this was a positive experience!

Wonderful beach

We had a great stay and enjoyed walks on the beautiful beach every day. We also enjoyed watching the pelicans dive for their breakfast every morning and the sunset every night right from our balcony.

Review

The bathroom and kitchen could both use some TLC. The tub was very slow to drain and the exhaust fan did not come close to keeping the room clear of fog. The kitchen had almost no pots or pans and very few utensils. The location was great.

Get a way to visit friends.

Perfect right on the beach. Centrally located to stores for food, drinks, etc. 30 mins to Sarasota. Great local restaurants. Glad we chose this location and condo.

Girls week

It is everything that you need. The view is awesome. We have been coming here for years. The only disappointment we had was the pool was not as well maintained as their usual standards but when contacted management sent someone over right away and did offer use an alternate pool. Some of the furniture needs a little TLC but served its purpose.

Bad experience

The moment we entered the unit, I knew that it won’t be enjoyable stay. The unit smelled smoke and everything is old. Lights either not working or broken. Toilet seat is worn out, bathroom is lacking of health ventilation. When you shower, you sweat. It’s like you entered a sauna. Bed linen are not clean at all. They smelled so bad but we didn’t have another choice. Mattress is really old and worn out. I do not know why owners don’t take a good care of their properties so people will have a positive feedback towards them. I won’t ever again book my vacation stay at this club. I was waiting for my last day of my stay to end to go back home.

Liked the area but disappointed with the pool area.

The pool area was Left a mess from other renters with food and empty beer cans. These renters were very loud and obnoxious and just took over the pool area. Finally after they checked out we could use the pool. But no one clean up their mess. Also people who didn't even stay there were coming in a using the beach chairs and just leaving them out by the water.

We had a blast. Great location. Easy walk to the beach.

Well thought out furniture, nice decor touches, and use of space. The balcony furniture solid, with an amazing view. Owners made sure the needed items are available including beach/pool towels, dish soap, pastic wrapped clean sheets and extra pillows. It was what I expected to find for an oceanfront motel at a lower cost: A/C struggled some but eventually got the room cool for sleeping. Must use the curtains to block sunlight to have a cool room which blocks the view... The love seat cushions were stained and cushions ripped. Pull out was a clean twin. Ottoman pull out was a twin, but was difficult to pull out and put back in, as it was damaged. We doubled up on the loveseat twin mattresses and pulled the younger teen in bed with us in the king. The king bed should be in a envelope protector, it is not. It has a washed but stained mattress protector. Sheets are very clean. With it being a gorgeous beach location, I expected the floors to be sandy even after a good clean. Shortly after our showers our feet were black. The fridge could use some love when cleaning. This property is very overpriced for the room, but what we pay for is waterfront views.

Dated facility

We enjoyed or stay and was very pleased with the location. We were, however disappointed in the condition of the facilities. Building is showing its age. Our room was clean and updated, however the mattress was in very poor condition and a lot of metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. That can be somewhat expected given the environment.

Wonderful time!

We stayed in unit #120. Wonderful location, perfect with young kids to play on the beach and swim in the pool. The pool was really warm which meant we could swim everyday even in 60 degree weather. I gave it 4 stars because of the mattress in our unit. It needs to be replaced. My husband literally sank into what felt like a hole on the left side of the bed. It made for restless nights. The facilities were clean and staff extremely friendly. We will return and recommend.
