Beautiful view and condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo at Anna Maria Island. The beach is very accessible, the view from the patio is amazing, the condo is clean and has everything. You need, the communication with the rental Ami was excellent. We would stay here again if till we return to Anna Maria Island for another visit.

Amazing First Trip to AMI

This was our first trip to the island and we were not disappointed. The beachfront location of this condo is great, and the views from the balcony are amazing. We actually walked to Bridge St for dinner both nights of our stay. We loved that the complex was small which made finding a spot on the beach easy. The condo itself was very nice and our family of 4 had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again!

Amazing property and management

We loved everything about this property and think it is likely the premier unit in the very small complex. Gorgeous views and easy beach access; clean on arrival, updated; AMI Locals were extremely responsive and available for all questions. We will be back 100%!

Short spring break trip 2025

Beautiful location, Condo Unit was very nice, with updated furniture, bedding, tv/cable/streaming. Nice folding Beach Chairs to use, for those of us flying, and Umbrella, boogie board, and some noodles.

Vacation Rental

This property was great. Loved how close you are to all the restaurants. They had something for all price ranges and food choices. Loved that we were right on the beach. And parking was right under the building. It made it so much easier. The size of the place was great. They had everything you could need including toiletries. The kitchen had everything you could need too. Water pressure was not great in the second bathroom shower but everything else was great. The view is was sold us. It was great to sit out on the balcony and drink coffee and listen to the waves. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation

We had trouble working the key pad getting into the condo. The staff was very responsive and we were able to get in as planned. The condo was in a great location and the sunsets were beautiful from our balcony.

Beautiful view!!!

The view from our condo was amazing, and we were literally steps away from the beach! The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend would be for them to fix the blinds. Otherwise, everything was nice and clean! Communication was excellent, and when we needed anything, they were easy to get in touch with!

Beautiful Beach View

Condo was very clean with lots of extras! They provide chairs, floats, beach towels, even a starter pack for kitchen & bath. The only thing we needed was more washcloths & the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. The location was good -you can walk a mile to Bridge Street with Restaurants and shops or there is a cafe coconuts was walking distance on the beach which was nice! Love the balcony where you can have your coffee and listen to the waves❤️ we will come back! It’s a great place to stay and the owners are very easy to work with!!

Please be clear that there is no elevator. Information talked about key to elevator. After booked, saw that is was stated somewhere that there was no elevator. Condo was great, clean, and beautiful location and view.

Outstanding accommodation

The property and unit were phenomenal. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked- a must for us since we love to cook. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. The short walk to the beach is a real plus. My critiques are minor. In future the property manager or owner must make sure that a unit of this caliber (and price) has beach chairs for the number of people it is designed for. I also believe that supplying guests with sufficient necessities like dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper are a must for a 5 star accommodation.
