Convenient Location

This property was right across the street from the beach. Very close to restaurants & activities. The pool & hot tub were nice when not at the beach. My daughter & I stayed for a few days & it felt comfortable & safe. I would choose this property again.

Very nice property and conveniently close to the beach, quiet area and nice surroundings. I loved the washer and dryer in the room. Staff was super nice, I arrived before 1pm and the lady gave me my room key with no hesitation. I am definitely coming back.

With a view of pool on one side and gulf on other from 2nd floor was an added attraction. Check in simple and fast w parking directly in front of room. Room clean with plenty of space in living and kitchen Bed was so clean with nice sheets and plenty of towels in spacious and clean bath.

Perfect Spot

Great location and unit! We loved our stay! We had an issue with the TV but the maintenance guy came right over to fix it. Gave the cleanliness a 4 star for the super dirty windows.. and pool and hot tub…. Had a very windy day so likely the reason for the pool being dirty but overall loved this place! Can’t wait to stay again!

Nice resort and amenities

My husband and I stayed for five days. This was our first stay here and it was very nice. The unit was ready early and the manager called to let us know we could check in early. The unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The laundry in the unit was very convenient. I will say the couch was less than comfortable and should be replaced. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book here again.

Interior of property needs updated. We have been staying there for 7 years. Interior has not been updated. Furniture needs replaced. Bed needs replaced. It does have a new washer dryer. Exterior has been cleaned up since the storms.

We had abit of a rough start wiyh coming in after hours then the keys were not where we were told they'd be. But the issue was quickly resolved and we had a great time.

Mislead

If it was just my husband and I staying here there wouldn't have been any issues, but if you plan on using the pull out i hope they replace that mattress on there cause it was TERRIBLE so we had to all sleep squeezed in the bed together, which was a bummer because it was one of the reasons we booked here. The tub doesnt really hold.water well, not a deal breaker. Everything was pretty clean i had to rewash some things before using them, but we had an overall good stay. Wont book again for the value 😅

Overall Great but Lost Internet and TV 2 days into trip

Overall the trip was great and the weather was wonderful. The only issue was the cable and internet. I don't think it's the property managers fault but it made me question going to the island again. We had no TV or internet for the majority of the week long trip. Ended up using a lot of 5G just to check in on family and work. It seems like Spectrum is just awful. We saw trucks there for days and they couldn't seem to fix it.

Two nights on Anna Maria Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our two-night stay at The Beach Club at Anna Maria in early October. The location is directly across the street from the beach, and you have a nice view of the beach from the bistro table right outside your door—a perfect spot for a morning coffee. The rooftop area was ideal for an evening cocktail and a lovely sunset. The trolley stop is two doors down, which made getting around very easy. Beach chairs are provided as well as umbrellas. The rooms were clean, and the appliances were in working order. The manager was very friendly, and because our room was available, he let us check in early, so we could enjoy our first day even more. I will definitely book again and recommend this establishment to others.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and situated right across from the beach. Loungers available on the beach, nice deck for viewing sunsets.
