Who needs to take a dolphin tour when you can sit on your balcony and watch them play? Breath taking sunsets while you enjoy your evening apps and drinks.I could not have found a better place to stay. Not only was it well appointed and comfortable but once i parked i only drove twice to go to Publix. All the beach, bars, and restaurants that you could want are a short walk. I look forward to my next rental.

Beautiful views from condo & balcony! Easy walk to bridge street & other shops & restaurants. Trolley is a great way to get around. Condo is clean & comfortable & has everything for a great island getaway. Would stay here again.

Loved how close the condo was to the beach and trolly. No need for a rental car very walkable to restaurants and shops. My kids loved the locker full of beach toys as we didn't have to purchase or bring our own. My kids are asking to come back again!

We had a truly amazing stay! The property was well stocked, the beach supplies were wonderful, and communication was great. The check out time is early, so we felt like we didn’t truly get one last morning to relax, but other then that it was a 10/10 stay!

The beach was unobstructed, Balcony was great , good location to everything .Townhouse and pool were in Great condition considering the hurricane . We loved it all . Owner was quick with questions and answers . The island is looking good .

The balcony was perfect for watching sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and beach each day with such ease to both. Others staying at their condos were very friendly and shared places to eat. Overall a great relaxing stay

There was a handful of annoyances. The ice maker did not work. The shower in the main bath did not drain very wellBecause the floor was not level. The ceiling vent fan in that bathroom Was hanging down a little bit. Both toilets would occasionally run, which is a pretty easy plumbing fix. The sound system to the TV had no remote to control it And when commercials would come on, they would come on very loud, and we'd always have to get up and wait for the commercials to end. And it was just pain. When we got there, there was substantial rain and half of the parking area was underwater. The elevator was broken. An outside light by the stairway was broken. There was a stain on the reclining chair that was easily cleaned, but missed by the cleaning crew. And I know it's florida, and there's a lot of sand but the floor just felt kind of sandy, and we never brought our shoes in past the front door. The location was pretty decent and an easy walk to the beach. However, it was very close to an intersection And we could hear early morning traffic and trucks. None of these things were major or caused us to not enjoy our vacation and when I had a question for the owner, He responded quickly and all of these things I had mentioned I would consider minor but they all add up.

This was a last-minute getaway for my family. After analyzing every review and looking at photos of this apartment, we decided on this one, and we can say it was the best choice. The apartment is very well-equipped. The photos on the website are exactly what you'll find: a spectacular view, just steps from the beach. Despite being on a busy street, you don't hear the noise of cars inside the apartment at all. There are plenty of food options just steps away; you don't need a car at all. I loved this island, and I loved the apartment. We'll be back!

Beautiful View

The condo was just as described. You have a full view on the beach from the living room and master bedroom. Beautiful sunsets! You have to walk across a busy intersection to get to the beach, but that was never an issue for my family or anyone else’s that we saw cross. The cars generally stop for pedestrians, so don’t let that be a deterrent. The beach was never crowded and it was beautiful every day!

June 24th stay

Place was great location was great. Other than the master toilet not working at first, there were no issues inside the condo. Plumber got out there midweek and got it fixed. The pool does not have any shade currently. There were 2 umbrellas at the beginning of the trip. One was dry rotted and the other was broken and wouldn’t stay up. By the end of the week, they were gone. Beach chairs and umbrella were awesome. Again, location was great. We will look to stay here again!

Beautiful Sunsets!

The balcony and living room windows are perfectly positioned for stunning views of the Gulf, especially during sunset! The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The condo is within walking distance to Wicked Cantina (highly recommend), The Kokonut Hut, The Beach House Restaurant, and Bridge St, which has several dining and shopping options. Beach access is convenient and directly across from the condo. Great location to watch the sunset! We would highly recommend staying here.

Million Dollar View

The title says it all - the view from the condo was spectacular. From early morning to night when the sun set you are able to enjoy the view right from your balcony. Noise from cars/trucks can be a bit loud but the location made it all worth while. Walk out your condo, walk across the street and you are at the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and bridge street. So fun, go for the happy hours to many restaurants in the area. The condo was the perfect size and had everything you needed to make your stay even more enjoyable and the beds, after a long day of beach and walking, were truly a comfort. Love AMI and this condo made it all that perfect. We had a couple of minor issues and Rex was very responsive and attentive. Looking forward to returning next year to AMI.

Great View!

We had such a wonderful trip and enjoyed staying in your condo. The view out the condo was fabulous of the Gulf. Great sunsets every night. We enjoyed having breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the beauty. Everything that we needed was provided. We appreciated having beach chairs we could use. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of good restaurants close-by. We would definitely love to come again!

Our stay was nice. Great view from patioBeds comfy. Furniture ok. Kitchen well stocked, could use a pizza cutter, dishwasher didnt work, but host called for service. Host reaponded to questions very quickly. Loved the location. A little loud but expected for the locatiin.

The condo is across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working. We had one other issue but the owner was responsive and took care of it.
